Rewards seem to work the first time you open the game but after that they stop working, messaging support is extremely tedious back and forth, saying they added the credit but didn't actually. When submitting video evidence they asked for they just closed the issue so they don't have to pay.
Tapjoy helped me get my rewards back in this instance, but they've completely ignored my problem in the past and have even tossed me back and forth between them and Everskies to just simply get the rewards I was promised, which I never got. Also, the games they offer to play for such rewards aren't even fun and are just your below average ai-generated slop that can be found at the bottom of the barrel of the Playstore. Sometimes, there are fun games offered, but it's rare that they appear or even provide good rewards for incentive.
I appreciate Tapjoy, there was a gems issues that was problematic for me. My game app was playing up somewhat this was annoying but after contacting Tapjoy issue was swiftly dealt with by Tapjoy. I am happy to receive the reward of 52 gems today. Thanks.
You gave me the credit that was required. I do have two comments First, you didn't fix the underlying problem. The connections between the two games was never fixed, so in order to continue receiving the promised credit, I have to keep contacting support.Second, the support software assumes that the customer is required to make a purchase to get credit. You ask a yes/no question, but there is a 3rd option in many cases where no purchase is required.
