Completed 4 tasks but did not get credited the reward. Had to send in a report, with proof of all the tasks, but was only credited 1 task reward. So now I need to submit again for the other 3.

I have been trying to get 3,060

I received a reply from trustpilot saying that I didn'???t provide the requested proof of my claim so it was closed. I had done this twice on two previous requests for this claim. Their ai kept closing my claim as resolved (even though I didn'???t get the missing diamonds), and when I had to raise a third request, the ai didn'???t understand when I said that I had already provided the necessary screenshots and video and wasn'???t going to provide them for a third time as my claim was just going in circles. The ai ignored my request that my claim be treated as a complaint. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TREATMENT OF MY CLAIM.I have been trying to get 3,060 diamonds I earned by playing levels on the game Solitaire Grand Harvest. This was a tapjoy offer of 170 diamonds per level completed to be credited to my Design Home game. I played 49 levels but only received diamonds for 31 levels. I am owed 18 x 170 diamonds. I have raised 2 disputes through your portal and both times the ai has told me it has been fixed and I will receive my credit 8n due course. I haven'???t. I have supplied multiple screenshots and a video proving my case but I have not been credited. I need a real person to action my complaint and give me the diamonds I am owed for my Design Home game.

Misleading Offerwall System, Unfair Support Response '??? Avoid Wasting Your Time

I'???ve been using the in-game offerwall in Rise of Kingdoms to earn premium currency. Initially, things went well '??? I completed 3 offers and received the rewards as promised.However, after completing 3 more offers that required significant time and effort, I never received the rewards. I waited several days, then opened a support ticket to follow up. To my frustration, the ticket was closed with the vague reason that I had '???violated the Terms of Service.'??I carefully reviewed the TOS and couldn'???t find any rule I had broken '??? no automation, no fraudulent behavior, just normal play. I also kept a record of my progress and followed all offer instructions precisely.The support process felt dismissive and unhelpful, offering no clarity or resolution. It's incredibly disappointing to spend hours fulfilling requirements only to be denied what was promised '??? with no accountability or transparency.If you value your time, I strongly caution against participating in these offerwalls. They seem designed to benefit from your effort without fairly honoring the rewards. I'???m now considering additional steps to report this issue more broadly, as this feels like a deceptive and exploitative system.
