Review Time
This worked fine before but lately there's been many issues. Recently tasks are not being marked as finished and when trying to get it resolved I only got some robotic answer about not being ineligible to reward. Seems like they don't look at the issue at all. I did send a ticket after the timeframe because was waiting it to be resolved. So for others, report immediately and don't trust them to fix anything, because they will not look at the issue.
For the past few weeks I've been doing the "offer wall" apps on justplay. I have made a decent amount of money which is fantastic. The only thing that made this a 4 star review and not a 5 star is how roughly 40% of the offers don't pay out when you complete them. Just play customer service is wonderful in resolving the jssues. It does get a tad frustrating though at times. But like I said, the customer service has been wonderful and somewhat prompt on rectifying the issues. I would like to thank them for resolving EVERY SINGLE ISSUE I have had. I would also like to add that the game on the offer wall are actually good games. Not the stupid and simple ones you see on a lot of the loyalty apps. Thanks again justplay customer service!!! YOU ROCK!!]
