Another day another Tapjoy reward not being sent. They will give you the small rewards but as soon as you hit the big ones or spend money the app "magically" disappears from the offers and support denies your request.Spent money on a game to get rewards and after 10 requests to support they still keep denying it even when I show proof of payment proof of completion.Conversation ID's: 40930894088760408083040776684072813Edit: as you can see, another standard bot reply. I'???m Even though I completed the offer, I had to appeal several times before I got my rewards. For several completed offers, I was not given my rewards, even though I completed the offer. This company treats in game currency like real gold and refuses to give customers what they have payed for
I've completed 3 tasks in total from 2 different offers, and after 1 month my rewards are yet to be delivered. What is interesting though is that the first few payouts will be delivered as promised - but as soon as the rewards get bigger, all the problems start. This is my experience with almost every single offer I've done through Tapjoy.If you're having the same issue, don't be fooled - it isn't the system glitching out. There isn't some kind of voodoo magic being casted upon as soon as you get to the bigger payouts. Tapjoy is fully aware that these rewards aren't being delivered, and instead of being transparent, they choose to gaslight their customers who put in work and real money. It's like they don't even bother to take a look at your request and they instead just copy paste send it as soon as they see my name.I'm hoping to get the missing rewards, and if I get another "We'???re happy to confirm that we have already updated your eligibility for the rewards!" or "We can confirm that the rewards were given out on our end" botted reply here too then I'm straight up just sending it to the FTC and will recommend others to do so because this is blatant stealing.
