Never Fixed rewards

They said they fixed my reward issue with this game and have not at this time. filled 2 claims still not there. This had happened in the pass with other games and the issue was fixed. I guessed better luck next time.

TapJoy keeps sending me the same email

TapJoy keeps sending me the same email without giving me a proper support, they require me to give them my AD ID but when i provide it, they send the same email requesting it, can a human reply to me?
