I was concerned I would not get the rewards and had one reward not given but with simple easy to follow instructions and ways to show you completed a task I was quickly given what I had achieved. So all the effort I have put in to the game for the rewards greatly payed off, very happy
Got credited for 11 reward then all of a sudden a big task completed and they decide not to pay, I contact their support bot message replies me saying i broke their rules? I played the game on same device all the time then why pay me first 11 tasks and not pay me the other one now? How come i didnt break rules but when I need to get paid heavily on a hard task completed with lots of money and time spending i dont get paid? Ridicilious.NO UPDATE FOR A DAY!I already checked the support review its a bot message saying i broke the rules somehow, what are the rules? What makes me broke the rule on task 11 but not on the previous 10 tasks? I will keep making more support tickets until i will get what i deserve. I've spent lots of money and rushed to castle 22 and i've proof and screenshots of it done i've added it on the support chat also you can clearly see it completed so i have no idea why its not showing as completed, please elaborate how im not eligible for reward.. I don't accept a single line of sentence saying 'we confirm you are not eligible for the rewards' I need to know what rule im breaking here, stop being a ridicilious company with no explanation.
Where do I start! I completed 750 levels on a solitaire game and made two purchases. Not one word about my rewards. I do everything your offerwall help/assistance told me to do. Providing my proof of everything, not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times. Everytime I would be told I have been rewarded. I have asked multiple questions on where do I find the reward. This was over a month ago. Automatic replies repeating the same crap. Send through my proof. I can't get a straight answer from any human. I still haven't been rewarded for completing the levels. Where am I being rewarded? I get told my tapjoy account etc. I have been run around in circles chasing my tail for thus so called rewards. I've played multiple challenges that pay small and takes so long to build money. I get rewarded them, collect from just pay, sent to my PayPal, transferred to my bank account. Do a bigger challenge to try and get a better reward. Then all.of a sudden, nothing! Sick to death of trying to get that reward and refuse to play anymore games. My sister got paid hers! I can't get Jack sh#t from your rewards. Please explain Response Exactly what I keep getting told. I played your games in just play. How the hell do I know who publishes the damn game. Sending me on another wild goosechase. I went through just play to get a response from offerwall where I submitted the reports.
