Review Time
I had a good experience this time but in general it's an awful service with just a loop of ai generated answer rehashing the same questions and resolving nothing. At some point to be fair it throws in a supposed agent who just asks the same questions and resolves nothing.
This was the worst experience reaching out to support in my entire life. I've reached out 4 times Ben told different things each time I reach out but the second time I've been told that I was going to receive my rewards like I was promised. Yeah, I still not have received them. And at this point, I've lost hope to even try it's not worth my time, and I'm not going to sit here. And keep going at something that doesn't work#4109914
It was a great learning experience for me to screenshot and submit even though i had to work through problems with my phone on my end but i accomplished a much needed clean up. I want to thank you for offering the offer wall to acquire diamonds to purchase the items i want in my designs because I've learned i have expensive taste without the funds to buy them. Thank you for your quick response and i enjoy the game daily and always look forward to getting 5 stars!
