Wonderful and knowledgeable people

Somehow things didn'???t line up and my rewards got held up. I reached out to customer support and it took a bit to get to person, but as soon as I did I got directed to the right person. After that I was given easy directions to follow which I was able to complete and receive my reward. Both people I worked with were great and knew who to guide me and how to guide me! Very happy!

Still No Reward '??? Unprofessional and Disappointing Support

I'???m extremely frustrated with Tapjoy'???s handling of my reward issue. Despite uploading all requested screenshots multiple times, I still have not received the final reward. I completed the task during the 2x Event, and clearly proved it through my screenshots.Yet, the company continues to ignore the evidence and insists that the reward was issued '??? which is simply not true. Their reply here is not only inaccurate but also feels dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they pushed me in circles, wasting more of my time by having to reopen tickets again and again.I expected better from a company that relies on user trust. Please take accountability and fix this.

Short process

Short process, for the most part what was needed from me was simple enough, if there was any kind of delay on resolving the issue it was most likely due to me not being able to find the correct screen shot that was required. Overall very friendly helpful and effective. Thank you

Quick Help

They quickly helped me when I hadn't gotten a reward. They also didn't waste time on things that didn't really matter. I just needs to prove I've done the offer. Much better then others I've tried.
