I'???m extremely frustrated with Tapjoy'???s handling of my reward issue. Despite uploading all requested screenshots multiple times, I still have not received the final reward. I completed the task during the 2x Event, and clearly proved it through my screenshots.Yet, the company continues to ignore the evidence and insists that the reward was issued '??? which is simply not true. Their reply here is not only inaccurate but also feels dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they pushed me in circles, wasting more of my time by having to reopen tickets again and again.I expected better from a company that relies on user trust. Please take accountability and fix this.
