Very professional and straightforward when it came to resolving my issue. I honestly thought it would take days to resolve my missing rewards, but Tapjoy support had resolved it for me within 24hrs. The process was very easy and the information they needed from me was very organized and detailed in the steps to successfully complete the process. 5 stars
