Got credited for 11 reward then all of

Got credited for 11 reward then all of a sudden a big task completed and they decide not to pay, I contact their support bot message replies me saying i broke their rules? I played the game on same device all the time then why pay me first 11 tasks and not pay me the other one now? How come i didnt break rules but when I need to get paid heavily on a hard task completed with lots of money and time spending i dont get paid? Ridicilious.NO UPDATE FOR A DAY!I already checked the support review its a bot message saying i broke the rules somehow, what are the rules? What makes me broke the rule on task 11 but not on the previous 10 tasks? I will keep making more support tickets until i will get what i deserve. I've spent lots of money and rushed to castle 22 and i've proof and screenshots of it done i've added it on the support chat also you can clearly see it completed so i have no idea why its not showing as completed, please elaborate how im not eligible for reward.. I don't accept a single line of sentence saying 'we confirm you are not eligible for the rewards' I need to know what rule im breaking here, stop being a ridicilious company with no explanation.
