On May 9, 2025, I completed an Offerwall task that required I sign up for any subscription plan to the Curiosity Box by Mel Science. The reward was 1641 gems in the mobile app game The Tower Idle Defense. I signed up for a subscription plan that cost around $39.90 per month, paid for the plan, and received confirmation of the subscription. However, I did not receive the reward. I have attempted to resolve the issue multiple times with Offerwall/Tapjoy, have uploaded screenshots showing the purchase and the offer details, but have only received generic non-responses back. I was misled into subscribing and making a purchase. If an app or game uses Tapjoy or their Offerwall, be careful because you could get scammed. I feel this was a scam and false advertising.
I wrote my last review 2 months ago.The rating was 1 star with great sadness that it was not possible to mark 0.I decided to give you another chance and I am very positively surprised.Your support has become really helpful now.When they are missing some photos they immediately send a sample photo which significantly shortens the waiting time and you don't have to write 10,000 applications for the same prize because you don't know what they want from youI don't know if the support has been trained more (and that's why it's better)or maybe in a few offers I've done recently I've come across very competent peopleI hope that's how your support will work (currently it's pure pleasure)
