The process to claim my missing rewards was very smooth, i liked It. It was quick enough and didn't require to provide useless information, only the important ones. That's good. I trust the Company much more now, i hope It continue on this track.
I've had multiple issues receiving my rewards and when I contacted support they tell me we processed your rewards close and open the app and they'll be there but they never show up and they just keep telling you the same thing over and over again. So far im out 3,306 coins worth $33.06 for 2 different offers. Very frustrating and honestly very deceptive business practices.
I just want to let you know that I'm thankful for the time and effort you put into getting my problem resolved and in a timely manner as well. And the level of treatment that was shown to me was great. Thank You for your time and effort on this matter for me.
Tapjoy never dissapoint me so far. I have contacted them a few times before and it was great experiences. They solved my issues in acceptable amount of times when I provide them with proof of screenshot requested. I will not hesitate to contact them if any issues occur again.
I was not given my rewards for upper levels of the same reward I was previously granted. I received reward for level 10 but not 20, 50 or 100. The AI bot Tapas used keeps saying, i violated a term of service but won't clarify what term or who's term it is. The game or Tapas's. Very frustrating trying to resolve through Ai. I've been trying for last 2 days but I get the exact same response that doesn't explain anything. Update- no i can NOT find further details in my support case. I've asked for that repeatedly. I get the same vague answer you posted but nothing else. Nor can ya'll explain why you rewarded level 10 but no further levels. It's the SAME GAME. Nothing changed. No worries I'm deleting all of these crappy apps
I am constantly contacting customer service for missing rewards. I complete an offer or make a purchase or donation to earn coins and then I don'???t get rewarded the coins. I just made a donation to PETA for 1320 coins and it took me 24 hours to receive my coins. I had to file a complaint with customer service and then show them all my screenshots and prove that I made a purchase so I could get my reward. Now, if I didn'???t file the complaint I probably would'???ve never got the 1300 coins. It just get old. So now whenever I complete an offer with 20 coins or more, I always take all the screenshots just in case I don'???t get rewarded because it seems like the more somethings worth the less chance I will be rewarded without filing a complaint. It gets old.
