Customer support do not answer simple questions

My experience with Tapjoy has mostly been positive. They have rewarded me when I've completed the task set. When they haven't a support ticket usually delivers the reward.On the most recent occasion though they did not process the reward. Which would be fine if they could provide a valid reason. I asked them why and was told I violated the terms of service. Before I could challenge that they close the ticket. So I have to raise a new ticket with a request to explain how? They won't explain how? This leads me to believe they are wrong because I have not done anything wrong according to their terms of service and FAQs. The only way to know what I did wrong is for them to tell me, which they should be able to and they will not. This sullys an otherwise positive experience of tapjoy.As you can see by the below response, they do nothing to actually address the points being made to them just relying on general statements which mean nothing. Below they claim the conditions of the advertiser were not met yet were presented with evidence that suggests otherwise.They then refer me back to the service review which again like the below reply is a simple refusal which doesn't tell you anything. Any other contact with them they never address the simple point being made. This is why dealing with them is frustrating.
