Made a booking online and received an error, tried to book again and noticed I had been charged twice.Contacted customer services and received a response from Naomi who resolved the issue straight away and refunded the '???double'?? booking. Very helpful and efficient service.
Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient; and most importantly, she did what she said she was going to do. Due to health problems I was unable to go onto a cruise I'???ve booked with Seascanner which wasn'???t transferable because it was an early saver ticket. Sorted the whole thing out, and I'???m now in a in a mini suite on Arvia. Thank you so much Shannon
