Corresponding with Mitch today in customer service to help me out with my cruise tickets. He was very helpful as I was having problems getting all my info needed from MSC. He stuck with it and within a couple of hours I got my documentation through, so all good to go! He explained throughout what he was doing so I wasn'???t left hanging around. 2nd time we'???ve booked with Seascanner but won'???t be the last.
We have just booked a cruise to Iceland and Norway for our Golden wedding anniversary next year and had a couple of technical difficulties doing the online booking. Angelina sorted both issues out for us really promptly and was very helpful. It'???s reassuring to know that we had great customer service even before we had finalised the booking and paid. If the rest of our holiday experience is as positive we will be very happy.
Amazing customer service from Liz. She answered all my worries prior to departure about travelling with a disabled child. She put my mind at rest - certainly couldnt do any more to make sure i was to have the most amazing trip. Email response quick and queries resolved immediatley.
Booked three cabins but had to book them seperatley as seascanner don't let you do group bookings. I needed to link the three bookings together so we can All be seated together for dinner. Liz was so helpful in doing this, very easy process. Great customer service
We have a large group going on to the MSC virtuosa in October and we needed a room name change, twice! Angelina responds in such a fast pace and sorted it all out for us with no trouble! What could have been a nightmare, was all changed with no hassle to ourselves! Thank you very much!
