I'???m writing this review to highlight the wonderful customer service received from Liz. She has been friendly, prompt and reassuring. Thank you!***** for Liz'???s customer service!I only knocked off a star because if the information had been made clear to me beforehand then I wouldn'???t have needed to contact customer service at all.
Easy to follow and complete the required information. Just one point I got all the way to the end and could not complete the booking. There wasn't an explanation as to why, I had to assume it was because the cabin had been booked. I had to start again but the good thing was that all my details had been retained all I had to do was change deck.
After stressing for the last couple of days about how I will manage with the 1 alloted case, as travelling by coach, I decided to ask if I could take 2 cases. I spoke to Liz this morning, who was so helpful in sorting it out with Ambassador.Thank you Liz.'?? ? ?All done & updated tickets received, just hope I can manage the 2 cases at Victoria.'?? ??
I booked a holiday for my 80yr old father unfortunately knowing it was his last holiday we at to cancel - 2 days after paying a deposit! No refund ok but did not expect to be landed with a further '? ?500 cost because Cunard had written in the small print '???? please read the small print
