Booking a cruise with expecting baby

After having issues with booking online due to our child not born yet (travelling as family of 4 when the cruise departs). Called customer services and was greeted by Naomi who went over and above to make sure we got the help we needed. She reserved our cabin that we wanted and was extremely responsive and quick with her follow ups!Amazing customer service!First time using seascanner and will defo use again, highly recommend!!

Quick weekend response

Excellent service, Shannon answered my query within 1 hour about on-board cruise credit and it was Sunday. Thumbs up from me.

Liz - a real asset and lovely lady!

Liz is the most friendly and helpful lady, and deserves the praise! She went above and beyond when we needed to change our cruise date, and found us a new cruise date and cabin. We would highly recommend using seascanner for your cruise needs. Thank you so much Liz!

poor replies

I booked the two day option instead of four by mistake I emailed them and they told me they would contact the manager to see if they could move it that was on the 3rd of November ive since emailed them three more times for a follow up and have recieved no reply

Great Customer Service

Booked a cruise through Seascanner and wanted to change my cabin number. Filled in the form online and Liz from the Support Team got in touch and updated my booking to the new requested cabin number. Great service

I was a tad sceptical using online

I was a tad sceptical using online booking, and true to form (I'???m getting older), I messed up on the booking. I sent email to customer services explaining what I had done and within a couple of hours, I had a lovely email from Liz saying it had been sorted. Fast and efficient service. Thank you Liz
