We just contacted Seascanner's Live Chat service to inquire about a future cruise. It was our first time using Seascanner to book, and we had a few questions. Liz was an outstanding agent'???she answered all our questions thoroughly and provided additional helpful information. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the conversation. We highly recommend her and Seascanner for their excellent service!
First not much entertainment available and also the cabin card to open cabin is very tricky some of the staffs not very polite or helpful some just don't no about customers service, in the casino longe I don't think they should be any smoking especially some people may very bad asthma I have bad as asthma I need to cash money what do I smell smoking '??? ? not good at all, the ship is too for having no areas to smoking in but in the middle of the casino it shouldn't be, food is not so tasty it seems that is ones set of people they are catered for onlyone sets people this ship is very multicultural from my eyes I can see others, too long to walk to our cabin not good communicating people or gustes
