I would like to express my thanks once again, especially to Mitch, for his continued excellent support.Mitch has been incredibly attentive in following up with the cruise line to ensure I received the discount I was entitled to. This saved me the worry and hassle of having to manage it myself, which I truly appreciate. I'm really happy with the whole experience booking through Seascanner. Mitch's service was top-notch -super friendly, helpful, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I recommend Seascanner to my friends and family with full confidence.
The website itself is not the greatest because if it wasn't of the website I wouldn't have had to contact support. However, Joanne in customer support team has been very efficient and speedy in response. Therefore, it would have been a 5 star if the website wasn't so problematic. Definitely a 5 star for Joanne's service.
Although Seascanner is online only, they are fast at responding to customer support. I amended my holiday twice, and both times contact was fairly instantaneous, Prices are good too. No hesitation in recommending, and a shout out to Shannon in particular who was very efficient in handling queries.
So if you are new to holiday Cruises like me then you might want to think twice before you hit the "buy" button.Limited details about exactly what you are getting for your money and they try and "upsales" you drink package etc but with little information to base it on or compare. I know realise that this is how cruise operators operate. But what is really frustrating about Seascanner is you can't speak to know one and web chat doesn't seem to be available just tells you to fill out a form. Yes it's cheap but you would expect some sort of customer service
