Not the 1st time , not surprised

I booked a cruise with seascanner in 2019 and this was flawless and smooth, of course I enjoyed the cruise. This time I am talking all my family and I checked multiple websites , seascanner offered the best rate and the easiest possible service. Although I had some issues booking from the website, I contacted their customer support and Shannon was superb as she responded quickly and got me the booking sorted straight away.

Brilliant (mostly!)

I've used SeaScanner in the past and then again today. In terms of price and ease of searching, they can't be beaten in my opinion. Unfortunately, there was a glitch preventing me from completing my booking online, by myself. I used the online chat and connected to a real human being, Angelina, within seconds. She was very helpful and secured the booking for me, up to the stage of generating an order reference. I was then able to log-in on the website and secure the booking with a deposit. Within moments, the booking was confirmed and I was issued with the SeaScanner and cruise line booking reference. All very good in the end and I am pleased as punch to have got another fabulous cruise in the pipeline. I'm a seasoned cruiser and know exactly what I want, so SeaScanner works really well for me. If you're new to cruising or need a bit of extra advice/assistance, speaking to a travel agent over the phone might be better. Personally, I love the online option, although it's also great to know that there is a real person at SeaScanner who is on hand to help, if needed. Thank you!

Nearly perfect.

Easy to use and cheaper than P&O.Only problem was it wouldn't accept my P&O Peninsular number. It said it was of the wrong format.

Easy to change booking date

Haven't had the cruise yet, but booking process was easy. After we realised we needed to change the date, we filled out the form and the customer service was able to check with the cruise and change our booking easily with very little hassle on our end. Not sure why we had to fill a form rather than just provide an email, but presumably it helps them deal with requests more efficiently.

Excellent customer service as always!

Thank you to Mitch for providing excellent customer service. He was quick at responding to my enquiry and followed up directly with MSC for me. This is the 3rd cruise I have booked with Seascanner and I think their customer service has always been excellent and their prices are good value for money. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Thank you!
