Seascaners more like sea scammers!! Due to a genuine reason behond my control I regretfully needed to cancel my Cruise. Seascaners will not refund my '? ?200 deposit in my opinion this far exceeds any admin charge. They offered for a further charge!! To alter dates but within a 90 day period this is virtually impossible for me .how can they get away with it !!!!
Asked to add another person onto my Cruise from the first contact with Joanne she handled my request great very professional in her job. got my quote and added another person change of Cabin at a very low cost. I would recommend any one to use seascanner.
