We were having trouble booking cabins next to each other to travel as a family. After contacting seascanner customer services they quickly responded, contacted the cruise line, organised a manual booking for one of the rooms and now we can all be together. Thanks seascanner for the quick service!
Booked a cruise with Seascanner for December 2026. Process was very easy. We then needed to make an amendment so emailed them. Got a reply to say would you like them to contact P & O and said yes please. Received a called back and Liz was amazing sorting exactly what we had requested. Would recommend them to anyone. This was my first time booking a cruise on Seascanner and i must admin, i had mixed emotions, trying to book 2 cabins next to each other when you have limited availability was stressfull, especially as you have to buy one, then do the next one after the other.My concern was that if i bought one cabin and in the meantime the 2nd one was sold, i would get into an admin nightmare with refund issues (boviously cant take half the family on holiday)After speaking to Naomi on chat and with this being my first time i was naturally apprehensive about booking one at a time.Naomi steered me in the right direct and took care of my concerns, she even linked the two bookings at the end with complete transparency and instantly visible resultsProsNaomi and her customer serviceConsNo ability to add multiple bookings into a basket and checkout. deducted one star for this.Would use again, based on Naomi's customer service experience.
