My account has been stuck in the advanced verification process for over a week, and my funds a ? ? which I need for rent, bills, and daily essentials a ? ? are completely inaccessible.Despite multiple messages to support, responses have been delayed and unhelpful. I eventually received a request for a proof of address, which I immediately submitted (with sensitive details redacted for privacy), but Ia ? ?ve still received no confirmation or resolution.This level of unresponsiveness, especially when peoplea ? ?s money is involved, is unacceptable. Ia ? ?m now preparing to escalate the issue to consumer protection agencies including **CONDUSEF** and **PROFECO** in Mexico, where Airtm is based.I really hope Airtm improves their support processes. No financial platform should hold user funds hostage without timely communication.Edit (April 10): Still no resolution. Airtm declined both my credit card statement and utility bill as valid proof of address a ? ? even though they clearly included my name, current address, and were issued within the last 90 days. I have now submitted a scanned electricity bill with all required details and am once again waiting for a response. The lack of progress and communication is beyond frustrating, especially as my funds remain inaccessible and I rely on them for basic living needs.Update (April 11): After more than a week of waiting and submitting multiple documents a ? ? including my passport, national ID, utility bill, and credit card statement a ? ? my account was finally verified after I submitted a PDF statement downloaded directly from Payoneer.If you're going through Airtm's advanced verification, I strongly recommend using a digital banking service like Payoneer, Skrill, or Wise to download a proper account statement. Avoid scans or screenshots a ? ? theya ? ?ll likely be rejected. The document must show your name, current address, issue date (within 90 days), and come directly from the official website.Ia ? ?m relieved to finally have access to my funds, but Airtma ? ?s support is slow, and the process is far from user-friendly. Hopefully they improve response times and make their document requirements clearer for future users.

Ia ? ?ve been renting a property with Linley and Simpson for the last year and there have been a couple of ongoing long term maintenance issues that Stephen Shodia has been liaising with the landlord with to get resolved. Stephen has been far more responsive than previous staff dealing with the issues and has been in more regular contact with me and has followed things up with the landlord and contractors much better without me constantly having to chase up. Easily the best member of staff Ia ? ?ve dealt with at the company so far.

I just need to relax after work I can't even do that! because dare I forget to book!!Very confusing membership options, not worth the hassle. Subscribed because the gym is near me but it was badly explained on the website and asked the staff no one had the time to explained. They all said. '' Please check our website.'' I just want my subscription money back. Peace of mind is precious.

Customer service was amazing. I notice that my autofill filled out my old city state with new new address and apt number. I notice it right after purchasing and they were able to fit that. Giving 2 thumbs up.I received my purchase and I was satisfied with the quality amazing however....although the necklace I received was amazing I didn't like the font. I wish we could have preview how things will look before purchasing. I purchase one that I was a le too put two lines but the number and the letter I pick u really cant see. I was disappointed but that is on me. I suggest that you should able to see how something looks before you purchase the items

Ik woon al 30 jaar als Nederlandse met een Belgische verblijfskaart. Altijd hiermee door Europa gereisd. En bij t vliegtuig bij t boarden werd ik geweigerd omdat de kaart als niet geldig aanzien wordt. Dus ik mocht niet t vliegtuig op. Op dezelfde vluchthaven n vlucht geboekt met zelfde id kaart met brussel Airlines. Geen probleem mer dezelfdekaart. Dus alle Airlines accepteren mijn id kaart behalve Ryanair. Op de luchthaven was er ook geen balie v ryanair. Ze verwijzen naar hun balie als je geweigerd wordt, maat die bestaat dus niet. Wat n afzetters!
