Booked via seascanner and been really impressed with everything so far. Recently had to arrange a cot for our cruise with P&O and after 54 minutes on hold with the cruise line, I gave up and tried seascanner directly and they sorted it in less than 5 minutes!Just dealt with LIZ . She was very helpful
I recently had to contact Seascanner to make a special request for my upcoming MSC cruise. I was a bit worried that my request wouldn'???t get through to them and I should have booked direct. I need not have worried. I spoke to Liz at Seascanner who dealt with everything for me. Liz was so prompt at getting back to me and so efficient. I wouldn'???t hesitate booking through Seascanner again
I was looking at booking a cruise for a few months time but unfortunately missed out of the drinks package deal, so i went shopping around to find the cheapest price to book the cruise only and add on the package separately, i found a great deal on a different website however i havnt really heard of them before, i looked to see if seascanner did a price match (as i know plenty of people have used them) and they did, i sent my request and a couple days later Naomi got back to me -over a couple days back and forth she came back saying to price match had been accepted and even put an extra discount on, i booked the cruise straight away and are sailing this october! First time going through seascanner and won'???t be the last, I sent an email Sunday requesting to add another person to my booking and had a quote back the very next day from Mitch, I could have spent many stressful hours and have done many times waiting for someone to answer the phone at P&O or MSC Thank you Mitch I will be back

I reached out to Mitch via the web chat and had a very helpful conversation about the holiday I wanted to book. Mitch was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my queries with ease. I subsequently booked my holiday and emailed in where Mitch then linked my room bookings together. What a fantastic personalised experience I've had. I would 100% recommend Seascanner and will be using again in the future. Constructive feedback - The website experience is much better on a desktop device that the mobile experience.
