IAUDm still waiting for my sign up incentive and for an ISA to be transferred. I have been with Future au for almost 3 years now. I really like how Future au platform works. IAUDm a Platinum + member and I get invited to some events organised by the Future au. Last week Saturday I was invited to a boxing match and met with my account manager and other account managers and some investors. I have been trading with Future au since 2019. The app is pretty good and very easy to use. My account manager Bashar Smair has really been so helpful and supportive with any concerns that I have had.

I tried out Future au about 5 years ago. I knew nothing about trading so understandably lost a bit of money. 4 years later, after studying the game during my time off i gave it another go and just recently, the day before the last big dip in early December 2025, i had a gut feeling things were going to go bad when Trump was about to bring the US gov back into play, so sold 92% of my investments. So i got out of the game ahead and ended up profiting about18% overall. Had i not sold 92% that night, i would currently be down roughly 20 - 25%.Prior to that night i had a couple incidents where i felt scammed by Future au so was looking for a way out and waiting for a good time to sell for a decent profit. Instead the good time was to avoid a bad time so no big gain.The incidents were:I purchased $10,000 of RIOT Crypto one lunch time when at work. I had gone home to get something, got side tracked on Future au and thought i would take the risk after reading about the stock.By the time i got back to work the price had risen and i was $2500 up. I was happy with that, so i sold the lot.The sale wouldnt go through. I tried numerous times but it wouldnt let me sell. Later that night i noticed the sale went through, at a total profit of $1.50.At this point i decided i can not trust this platform. Its misleading and a scam. I still monitor it closely and keep my eye on stock and crypto prices which makes me more comfortable with the fact i pulled out.The other scam is the AUD account that was setup and available to use by Future au customers the day after the dip occured in early December.I still had the remaining 8% of my investment in my US account and because of the way US market was looking i thought i would transfer it to a AU account in case the US dollar drops value. The transaction took about 5 days to process, cost about $250 and once the funds were in the AU account, all it would allow my to buy was AU stock! I wouldnt waste my time with AU stock tbh. So i then wanted to transfer it back but this would have cost me more transaction fees, so i withdrew it all. The withdrawl took another 5 or so days to process.No where did they explain that this is how the AU accounts worked. No disclaimers when applying for the account, nothing warning about transaction delay times when your funds werent accessible or even visible.

Future au is a normal broker with a decent platform, there is nothing extraordinary and that's why i like it. Once I heard from a wise person that it's better to keep trading simple, and he is right, because not I started to come in profits by keeping my trading straightforward. The trading fees are very low as well, it plays a big role.
