Firstly I'm not an experienced investor, consequently i am not in a position to compare with other options. My decision several months ago to subscribe to Future au was simply due to its rating by "Canstar" and some other sites on the web.Since registering i have found Future au's site easy to navigate and the management of both my 'sell and buy trades' efficient and timely. Future au also offers a 'virtual portfolio' option through which i have invested $110,000. Until recently I was most pleased with my return of nearly 6% over six months BUT as at today it has dropped to a 2.5% loss; thankfully it was a 'virtual' loss!!'?Ÿ ? ? Finally this review is based entirely on the performance of the platform, as i have used other sources to research and decide on my investment choices. However, i do receive daily updates on the US stock market activity which i mostly ignore although i expect they would be helpful to more serious investors.

Future au has been my one and only trading platform for its transparency, low costs, copy trader community and a wide range of trading products.
The event was very well organized and gave the opportunity to connect with other people. Also the presentation from the speakers were very interesting about the products provided
It was thoughtful to ask for my availability.Listened intently and personalized the impact of global events with my particular situation.Remembered the history.
Signed up for Future au because of a promotional offer advertised where if you deposit a certain amount, you get given free stock worth up to a ?500. I followed all the instructions and the promotion was never followed through on. So when I then decided to withdraw my money and close the account, the account was frozen and I am unable to withdraw anything. 24 hours of trying to get customer service and no-one is available to talk to at all. Their chatbot is terrible and there are no humans to speak to whatsoever. Unbelievably poor company that feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

Not a reputable organisation. Reneged on an offer and really difficult to get a response from their customer services. Not an organisation I would want to use for my investments.

I am having a problem getting my money back from a company that had delisted on the London Stock Exchange. I have been chasing it for six months. They just keep blaming someone else although the purchase was with them. Continued;Future au case 08549** Excuse is waiting to hear from their external supplier ? My other broker dealt with it in a couple of weeks who is Trading 212Update Future au now have Indivior PLC on NYSE.
