If it wasnAUDt so bad it would be funny

I invested in some shares roughly 4 years ago, it was only a dabble for about 6 weeks. Withdrew the funds and have not heard from Future au since, I do not and have never had a back account with them. 2 weeks ago I received a debit card to my home, IAUDve moved, they donAUDt have my new address as IAUDve had no contact. I went on their website and it says if this happens contact them immediately as itAUDs fraud. Oh my goodness, no telephone numbers, no email address if you donAUDt have an account, I was so worried I registered all over again to even be able to contact them. Personally I think itAUDs a red flag if they donAUDt offer a level of one to one customer service, nobody wants to talk to a robot! Anyway I still couldnAUDt talk to anybody even as an Future au customer, your custom is an annoyance to them. I finally, after an exhausting chat with a robot got given an address to raise a ticket which I did. Got the generic you wonAUDt hear from us for 48 business hours! Yawn! All working from home home doing their ironing. Hilariously 12 hours later you get a aAUDœhow did we doaAUD '?Ÿ˜‚'?Ÿ˜‚ you couldnAUDt make it up! Some 6 days later I got a aAUDœyou must have ordered it by accidentaAUD itAUDs so tragic itAUDs funny.
