easy to use app, quick turnaround from the time I placed the order till I received it.Unfortunately, the picture had several 1' long black scuff marks and the image had an all white background. I had to scrub it all off which took care and effort. It eventually came off but has left slight discoloration which is visible from certain angles. Seems that no one did a quick quality check prior to shipping.
This was the first time using this company. I purchased a 10 x 14" photo print on canvas. I paid $56.00 and an additional $39.99 for expedited shipping. I live in Hawaii. This print was for a memorial service of my late husband who just passed away. I ordered this canvas print on October 29, 2024 and it still has not been delivered. They changed the shipping method to Usps. I'm very disappointed because this is going to arrive after the memorial service for my husband. I've contacted the Customer service several times and they did nothing but were reading a script. I do not recommend this company.
The ordering experience was easy. This is the first time that I received my acrylic prints without having to send them back. In prior orders, the corners and the print, in general, have been significantly bent. So thanks for improving. However, I still find that the large prints (30 x 40) that I received have far too much acrylic hairs, for lack of a better description, everywhere on the face of the print. This requires me to clean them and now the prints have micro scratches that have ruined the finish. Please discuss with your production staff that they have to improve the post production quality control checks. Also, the packing is still far too flimsy in my opinion and will result in damaged/bent prints in the future. I hope this is helpful.
