Review Time
I ordered canvas photos for Christmas gifts. There was a promotion in an email. However, the promotion would not populate on the website during the period it was open. After the promotion period was over, Canvas's website worked without issue. I advised Canvas of the technical issues. They did not care nor did they make an adjustment to the charges to reflect the promotion that I was unable to use due to their website. The price was $31.20 per 16" x 12" canvas and $21.60 per 14" x 10" canvas rather that the $13.00 per canvas. I sent Canvasonsale screen shots of their website. They did not care. The product was good, but my experience with Canvasonsale was terrible.
The kansas itself was perfectly aligned, and the colors and print quality were excellent! I was disappointed that I paid an extra $40 for a plastic black frame around the canvas; thought it was going to be wood.
