These people suck, I bought a deal on Groupon that looked fantastic.Looks too good right?The process was misleading and confusing as well as simply a bait and switch.The process of uploading pictures was next to impossible and the sizes I purchased were resized to smaller prints so what I actually purchased, wasn't an option.Anyway, f canvasonsale.I used another company that was outstanding as well as easy to use, I will update after receiving the print.
I'???m satisfied with my Acrylic photos. Nice quality. Very fast shipping. The reason for 4 '? ?'? ? is because the acrylic base has no means to truly display it unless you lean it up against something else. I thought for sure that it would be able to stand alone by itself. That'???s what I get for assuming. I'???ll figure something out.
Beautiful picture quality but packaging was not acceptable. The canvas was wrapped in just 2 small, thin sheets of pastic wrap - not even bubble wrap. Could have easily been damaged in shipping - luckily it wasn't. Need to do a bit better.
I Bought a coupon from groupon to be used on their website, and no matter what I do, the discount will auto remove when checking out. Contact this business several times, and they will give me suggestions that never worked, and in the end, they said we cannot help you. Agent name Kinglie was of no help or empathy. He made it soung like "We are not keeping your money, groupon is the one keeping your money" Are we clear on thatUpdate: Contact number and email was provided, and I did not hear from canvasonsale. Their reply was in deceit, they do not care about their customers.
