Quality product

Product was excellent. Fulfillment of order was terrible. Ordered cards for Christmas 1st week in December and did not receive til 1st week in January. Customer service compensated and for that I am very pleased.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Purchased 4 books as Christmas presents on December 3rd. They were guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas were not received in time. I now have to wait for them to arrive and pay to ship them to the appropriate place. When contacted, they offered me a coupon on their website to spend more money instead of refunding the amount I need to pay to ship. Order US4A3602716507 & US4A3602716486
