I have done a lot of books with different companies and this has been the worst experience ever!! dont do it!!! 30 hours later and I still cannot complete the order. The gal on the phone said she couldn't help. The virtual assistant kept saying do I want to add a page. I=
I would give less stars if I could. I purchased a groupon deal and couldn't even use it. I bought a different offer at another company and had zero issues using it. This place...it wouldn't do the size I purchased in any of my photos. So I asked why and they say photo quality. My photo quality is amazing. So that was one red flag. Then it said I needed to upgrade my app to upload a photo and it was already updated, no updates available. Luckily I got a refund. Likely the other place will have better quality anyway.
