I bought a Karcher K3 Washer and exactly 1 year later it failed to work. I arranged through karcher to have the product sent to a service agent and it was subsequently collected and returned approx 7 days later 09 April 2025. When it was returned the external suction hose was missing and Ive just been informed it now needs to go back into Karcher to be correct a second time. Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail and im left wondering what the repair agent will damage or forget to sort this time around. Customer services themselves, although very polite and professional, have been little help and fail to understand the financial impact of having to take time off work to wait in all day for the collection company to collect the washer. It would be cheaper to buy a new one at this rate!

Trying to fix my sons K4 PWasher and Ive found the internal onoff switch to have a broken compression spring which has basically rotted away breaking in two, having phoned the parts dept it appears this small spring not much bigger than a biro spring but with more tension is not available separately, the cost of the whole switch and wiring to plug cost around 50 all for a spring that probably cost more than 10 to 20p, a total rip off ??????

Awful experience buying direct. One week after ordering and not only is the machine not received I learned today it has not even been received at the Karcher UK warehouse. So basically it was sold as in stock when it wasnt in stock. Customer Service of no use for anything other than trying to persuade me that they were not liable because the TCs meant the fulfillment times were not contractual. Dont buy direct!

I wanted product support and advice about possibly buying an upgrade. There does not appear to be an easy way to contact them and I have waited over 24 hours for a WhatsApp message that told me there are no agents available.

My 3 year Old Karcher K4compact is temperamental as last week when powering on its hit and miss. Water inlet filter cleaned and pumping from a elevated tank it would not power on with water coming out of the lance, I removed the gun lance it then starts, then replacing the gun after several attempts it eventually powers up and starts with good pressure and flow and runs fine for over 30 mins but when I release the trigger this cycle continues and now wont start period using the pump. Put it on mains pressure where the flow through the lance is much stronger but again same sequence of not powering up. After taking out the water filter and gun it eventually started gushing out with a real strong force. After about 6 attempts with the gun in it eventually started but had to keep my finger on the trigger. I e mailed Karcher after going on U Tube 3 possible causes and asked this Q1. is this a sticking valve preventing it powering on seen on U tube as its not clear if the sticking valve only affects the power switching on or is it also reliant or independent of the good water flow through the lance Q2. U tube showed it could be the capacitor but did not define if it would be hit and miss turning on so dont want to change it unless necessary. Q3 . We have the karcher k4 jet washer. Its so easy to use. The extention rod makes it comfy for taller, older people to wash lager areas without the back ache.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Two faulty jet washers send. Refund required since November and still waiting. emails saying update in 48 hours only for that person to confirm escalation. Its now 9 weeks and still no refund for returning their faulty product. Customers not at the heart of their business. Avoid if you can

When I first contacted Karcher I did not receive a response from their online form which I wasnt too happy about but I had realised after researching a little that the cause of my machine malfunction was related to my using an Aquastop connection which apparently causes problems with Pressure washers I think Karcher should make this very much clearer. Anyway, after a few days I had an email asking about my experience! I replied in the negative of course. Yesterday I was contacted by a very helpful person from Karcher Lee who very kindly and without prompting offered to recover my machine and have it repaired.This is faultless customer service and I very much appreciate it.

Our second pressure washer first one lasted 10 years but was disappointed to find the handle cradle was broken when we unpacked it. We have taped it up, so it functions, but surprised by the lack of quality control.Just a observation, I think the assembly instructions could be simpler with bigger pictures

I ordered a hose on May 2 and am still waiting. I was not told when I ordered that the product was out of stock and despite repeated assurances that the firm were expecting it to come in, it is still out of stock almost two months later. Absolutely shocking level of customer service, do not buy from these people.

I bought a bottle of car wash shampoo for my new K7 after washing one car it used one whole bottle!Washing one car used the entire bottle. Huge waste of money. Will not be buying any more.Update Karcher reply is a joke as I have read the instructions and it doesnt say anything about using it in short bursts and I took a screenshot to prove it.

i bought paid for 1 item, i had 2 delivered they then chased for payment for the second delivery after i refused delivery from DPDcustomer service agent who called me was very abrupt not what i expect from a large organisation,then they try to block this feedback which they asked for as my response was not favorable, i think i will stick to Nilfisk next time, NOt good,

Avoid this dreadful company at all costs. Purchased a K3 Power wash from them via Amazon. It was defective on first use, which was validated having gone through all work arounds. Completed their on line input for help support replacement. No response. Called today. 40 minutes wait then a completely hopeless staff member first committed to replace the machine, out me on hold for another 13 minutes then told me they wont replace. The various reasons given were firstlty it is tii new and the warranty doesnt start yet, then when challenged on that, we dont replace faulty machines unless bought directly from us so you need to deal with the retailer Amazon in this case and then a variety of increasingly spurious explanations for why this was teh case before admitting the policy was appalling customer service and not what he would consider acceptable personally. Says it all really. Even the staff handling the complaints and judging by the wait time there must be many cant defend the approach. If you have purchased from Karcher I wouldnt worry about eg extending the guarantee period or product registration, both of which I have done as they simply have no interest in looking after anyone once you have purchased from them.See wholly inadequate response as further evidence this firm wouldnt recognise customer service if it but them. A culture of denial runs through so many of their answers the CEO should be ashamed

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, placed over the Easter weekend. I am appalled by the lack of communication regarding the status of my order and the overall poor customer service experience I have encountered.When I placed my order, I was informed that delivery would take 35 days. However, upon calling your customer service department to inquire about the whereabouts of my delivery, I was informed that the item I ordered is currently out of stock and not expected to be available until the end of this month. This is completely unacceptable.Not only was I not informed of this delay prior to contacting customer service, but I am now faced with the inconvenience of having to wait an extended period for my order to be fulfilled. Furthermore, as a result of this delay, I will miss out on the deals and offers available from other distributors who have the product in stock.While I appreciate the offer of a full refund from your customer service representative, this does not rectify the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of communication and the failure to fulfill my order as promised. Additionally, I am disappointed that I was not offered an alternative model or informed of the outofstock status of the product at the time of purchase.As a loyal customer of Karcher, I expect better service and communication regarding the status of my orders. I urge you to review your inventory management and customer communication processes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I expect a response detailing the exact date of the delivery or an alternative order you can deliver within 35 working days

I bought a small suction head for my window cleaning Karcher on the 18th April. It arrived on the 19th April.What good service.I had previously made the really bad mistake of buying from amazon, It got lost somewhere in the system but I got my money back. I do try and buy direct

Tried to cancel an order, it took 4 days for someone to answer me via email and WhatsApp. I was then told 710 days for refund. Phoned again for an update why my refund still is not issued. I was then told 12 days for refund. I had to contact PayPal in the end to receive refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

ordered spare parts for steam cleaner on the 20125waited two weekscalled them up they said returned wrong address on package when they read the address to me it was my addressthen said would resend 3 days later call them up and we cant find package will resend when we find ittold them to cancel orderand refund a week later i call them no refund recievedthey then tell me waiting on wharehouse to confirm the package is backsaid i should get refund in 2 days maxshambles of a company service wise will never buy another karcher productin reply to karchers reply offering helpstill not recieved refundrung this morning we have only just got this back at wharehouse will take 10 days to refund this customer sevice team are liars they told me last thursday that it was back and would get refund in next day or twostay away from this shambolic companyit is now the 19225 and still no refund karcher say get in touch you get in touch and just words and lies
