I ordered a window vac on Sunday, was a bit surprised it didnt leave the warehouse until Saturday , but apart from that all good. Delivered at the specified time later on Saturday Great product .

OMG where do I start, in short delivery took ages and absolutely zero communication from karcher. Pressure washer turned up damaged, 6 emails and 3 prone calls go unanswered by Karcher. Eventually they arrange for collection but nobody turns up. 3 weeks in now and I cant get a refund as they have messed up collection. Even when they do collect it I will have to wait 10 days. So far its been 3 weeks and not one call back from anyone at karcher. Look at all the reviews, we cant all be wrong karcher service and products are awful.

So Poor . As with many on here I placed an order over the bank holiday weekend and just like all the others I am being fobbed off with wishy washy waffle! No dispatch info, no comms unless I chase it and no commitment to a date from Karcher. This is just such poor PR and does nothing the enhance their image or reputation. I as others will be making contact to cancel the order and will be avoiding this brand from now on. There are other brands out there and Karcher might have the history but theyve well and truly shot themselves in foot with this poor, poor effort! There is no doubt that what will follow will be the standard we are sorry blah blah reply from Karcher UK but what would be nice would be that they actually communicate with customers and deliver goods that have been purchased in good faith!

During the period between the 1990s up until 2018 we had a fleet of the twin sweeper pushed floor cleaners at our factory. They never needed attention. The latest ones have fallen to bits in 18months...absolute garbage

Products designed to break. Two pressure washers have faulted, latest one still in warranty, but Karcher dont bother answering emails or their WhatsApp. Customer service is appalling. I will never be buying any Karcher products again. Also had a window vac that broke. 100 failure rate on Karcher. Poor warranty. There is another pressure washer company offering 20 year warranty and the best of it is, all my Karcher attachments will work with it. Sorry Karcher, youre done!

A short time ago I purchased a Karcher K3 pressure washer. After some normal use it developed a water leak. As this was inside the plastic cover I did not immediately seek to rectify it, thinking it would be a simple case of loose screwin connector or similar, whilst preferring to concentrate upon the job in hand. Eventually I made time to investigate and found the leak and that the problem was an Oring that had come loose in the area of the cylinderhead, protruding out between two joint faces.I took a photograph of this as well as the serial model number and sent it to Karcher UK.The reply I received indicated that they had failed to properly read my message as they asked for details that I had already provided them with.A further exchange of messages then followed in which I was a pains to point out I was not making a claim against Karcher but, instead, simply wished to glean advice as to how I might rectify the fault. From other websites it is apparent that this is feasible and a new cylinderhead was available for 23 or so.I hold City Guilds qualifications as Motor Cycle Technician and understand the principles of a pressurewasher. These are not too dissimilar to an internal combustion engine and I am confident of my ability to replace a simple Oring or washer.The response from Karcher was that they refused to give advice, insisting that only an authorised repairer could be given such data.They further said that from the pictures I provided they could not say what was wrong ? and yet could repair it for me for the sum of 135.00. I can purchase a brandnew one for 130.00.... If I agreed to this repair and it failed again within 3 months I would be expected to pay a further 52.50 Inspection Fee.I quite understand that certain items of equipment need to be treated with care and often only repaired by fully trained persons but in this case it is a simple problem that should require only a simple fix. Clearly Karcher are at pains to protect their reputation but in this instance all they have achieved is to alienate another customer.I accept that I should have kept the original receipt and that it was my responsibility to prove purchase dates etc but I WAS NOT SEEKING TO MAKE A CLAIM, ONLY TO ASK FOR ADVICE.Based upon my many years of experience with mechanical devices the fact that the Oring was dislodged, as verified by the photograph, was a strong indication, if not actual proof, that there was either a design or manufacturing fault, as simply using the washer would should not have caused the problem.A look at the reviews show the company appears to fail to matchup with the illusion that Karcher pressurewashers are THE product in the field.People will vote with their wallets and the own experiences but for me I will not buy another Karcher product ever again.It is always the little man or little woman who loses out when up against large companies.I also note Karcher have a standard response to critical reviews along the lines of asking for further information. In this instance they have all the information as above. As at 11052024 Karcher have offered to speak further or via email. It would be churlish of me if I didnt take them up on the offer. Well see what they might now be able to advise.

I want to warn anyone considering buying the karcher battery system to avoid it at all costs. I have a mower, strimmer and hedge trimmer which are all decent machines but its the batteries which are expensive, unreliable and basically rubbish. For the last 4 years Ive had nothing but trouble with them. Karcher have replaced a number but they still die within 2 seasons at most. I now have 9 dud batteries, 3 chargers and 3 machines which dont work. Do not waste your money on these unreliable expensive products

Bought a K2 pressure washer. 2 months short of 2 year warranty the unit developed an internal leak. Made a warranty claim. After providing proof of receipt for purchase , answering some questions and providing a couple of photos I got a brand new unit sent to me complete with lances and hose etc. within 2 weeks.

oTerrible customer serviceComplete and utter customer service shambles have never known such shocking service. Bought window vac from site failed within the so called 3 year warranty many emails and the frankly worthless whats app service still not been repaired or sorted. Fed up with keep emailing back and forth. Some of the questions they ask are completely pointless its a window vac what do you use it for eh I think you answered your own question.Have had to fill form in twice then got another email asking for same info.Look if you offer warranty then honour it thats all I ask

I have bought three Karcher window cleaners because they were advertised as showing no streaks. The first one I bought when they were new to the market great! I passed it on to my son and bought a new one and also one for my holiday home. Both of them leave streaks where the water is sucked up between the two rubber blades. I hate them. They dont make a good job of the windows so I have wasted a lot of money. So it is back to manual cleaning and elbow grease! Needless to say I would never advise anyone to get one.

Have had two Karcher pressure washers. The first I had to get a new pipe as water leaked. 20. The second machine started gushing out water. Apparently it is a major fault. Just put it in the bin today and bought a Titan. Karcher is absolute rubbish.

It took a lot longer than I thought it would and there was no notification it would take that long. I had a week off work so ordered the week before ready for my week off and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed customer support and that wasnt very helpful at all. I wont order from the direct karcher website again, I would order from another platform.

Fantastic service, I had an issue with a part under warranty and this is currently being sent out to me as a free of charge replacement. Purchase a Karcher K3 home pressure washer last year, cleaned the patio excellent.Got the pressure washer out to clean the patio this year ,it only lasted a few minutes and smoke can out of the machine, so Ive only used it twice and its scrap So my advice is buy a different make, after investing a little its common practice for these machines to only last a year or two
