Had a small problem with a battery that would not charge and notified Karcher sent all the details battery was replaced with no problem, The service was great a little slow but thats life I can live with that.

Expensive and only lasts about a year.Ive purchased 2 of these jet washes, they perform well for the most part but each one has failed me exactly 13 months after buying them. I would avoid as they are not good quality for the money you pay.

Worst customer service ever, no delivery date given after two weeks. Stated 25 days. Called when I eventually got through I was fobbed off. Chat service no one available. Eventually answered messenger through FB. Said they cant give delivery date and when asked there would be no goodwill to make up for the delay I had suggested a small bottle of detergent. But there you go absolutely couldnt care less about customer loyalty. This is not my 1st Karcher but will be my last. Just dont bother Nilfisk a much better choice!

I thought karcher where reputable. I paid 500 on their products over the years. I recently bought an accessory for my Karcher K5 Pressure washer. The new T racer accessory failed and broke apart in my jetwash lance. After contacting karcher to get a replacment for both now faulty products. They refused to replace due to my jetwash being out of warranty. Just to be clear, it was a NEW product that broke my existing product. But they still refused. 5 holds later on the mobile and constant requests to speak to a supervisor which never happened they must have told the phone worker to just accept my request to replace. Absolute joke of a company. I wasmt surprised when i googles Karcher Leave a review and have seen the 2.3 stars they have on Google. I will never spend money on their plastic tripe again. Nothing to do with the agent I spoke to on the phone. It was their management not wanting to confront a disgruntled customer. Instead passing the fall onto the first person to answer the phone.

K4 steamer just stopped working. Out of guarantee but really probably used less than thirty times. I have a friend who can repair anything and they have declared it bin worthyused carefully

Took payment and said order left warehouse. Two weeks later still waiting. I have phoned twice. First time told it would be delivered within 2 days. Nothing happened. Second time told item couldnt be found but someone would phone or email that day to update me..no call received after 3 days!! I have now, by ltter asked to cancel order and have refund.

The pressure washer itself seems fine, but the box arrived with bits of broken plastic. One of the moulded wheels was broken, so I went on to the Karcher site to flag the issue I had to upload images of the receipt, serial number, etc. I have heard nothing since its been a few weeks now, so I suspect that form has disappeared into the ether.

I bought a Karcher mover less than 3 weeks ago, used twice and now the battery has completely failed. The screen shows blank and wont charge. Thankfully I got my money back from BQ where I purchased it originally. Bought myself a Bosch instead. Terrible product, avoid.

I bought a steam cleaner on December 20, but two weeks have passed and I have not received any update emails. Finally, I contacted them and they told me in live chat that there was a delay due to a warehouse transportation problem, but another week has passed and I still have not received an update email. I wrote to the help center. They also said that they have no stock ?? Since the product is not in your possession, I do not understand why it is shown as in stock and payment is taken. Instead of offering me a solution, they told me to cancel the order after using my money for 1 month. I canceled it and I was told that I should wait another 10 days. It is not fair at all. I do not think it is right for such a big company to make such mistakes. Do not encounter problems like mine when purchasing. It was a great disappointment for me. ????

My kind husband said that he wanted to give me a really beautiful dress for my birthday last month! He was rather surprised when I told him that I didnt wanted a dress and that what I really wanted was a KARCHER WET AND DRY VACUUM CLEANER! The truth was that I had already rather guiltily bought myself a Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner and was absolutely delighted with it. It has transformed our back yard, which I can clean in just a few minutes. It sucks up leaves and dirt, both wet and dry, and I wish I had had it years ago. I wouldnt have dreamt of using my rather delicate indoor vacuum cleaner for spring cleaning the shed and the garage, and cleaning out the car too. It makes light work of all these jobs. And I am ashamed to admit to that at the same time I had also very self indulgently bought myself a Karcher Window Cleaner which makes cleaning windows incredibly quick and easy and an absolute joy to use. Very naughty of me! I never once regret refusing my husbands very kind offer of the beautiful dress! But I have made a firm resolution to try not to be so selfindulgent in the future.

I used Karcher direct for the first time purchasing a pressure washer K4 it arrived safe and well via DPD My only criticism is If Karcher wants to sell direct to end users, you should pick and deliver goods much quicker than you do. I could have used an Amazon retailer and had the goods next day delivery not over a week later.

The actual item a jet washer is excellent.However when ordered, mid May I received a message stating three days delivery. After a week and no item I phoned company to be told the item was out of stock and it would not be available until around 6 June.I lodged a complaint and low and behold a few days later jet washer arrived. Makes one wonder what was actually happening at the company????

Thought i bought a K4 pressure washer, to be told they wanted a date of birth for extra security. That was 5 days ago, I have since heard nothing money has gone from my account, but I have not had any confirmation of the order. Appaling, and this is buying! I really hope it does not go wrong. Is this is not what you expect from Germans, maybe the political problems are spreading to other areas. Wish I had bought a different brand.Karcher reply is of no benefit. What difference my date of birth makes to the security of an order makes mo difference. How do they know I have given them my real one. Plus it made me think that it could be a scam, so I ended up having to phone them. I STILL DO NOT KNOW IF I HAVE ORDERED A K4 JET WASH! The reply was pointless.

Purchased EWM2Stone direct from Karcher website. Not used it yet. Have today assembled it. Im elderly, arthritis in hands. It was very hard putting it together ie the handle assembly. Electric cord in the way, probably never get it off again! The waterdetergent tank, is impossible to remove with my hands. Had to slide a knife underneath to prise it off!!!Only 4 stars for this effort. Ive not used it yet

The good news The product is robust, powerful, works well and is easy to use to clean paving stones thoroughly. A good all round very useful product. Much better than my last power washer.On the not so good side The assembly book has very poor quality photographs thank goodness for colour photos through the phone App. Too many unnecessary parts to assemble which could easily have been factory assembled. Hose connection to and from the gun quite awkward to put in and take out. I now store it connected after use ready for next time.

Firstly, I placed the order last month, way before the Christmas holidays. I had no update or anything to tell me absolutely NOTHING was going on with my parcel a week goes by, so I decide to contact Karcher. I had a reply saying I would receive it the end of the Christmas week. Still NOTHING. I finally get in touch again for you to tell me We have been moving warehouse but you didnt state that on your website ? You offer a refund, which to me is awful you dont offer something for the Incompetence of not sorting a simple order out to keep the customer happy and coming back. Sure lets wait 4 weeks not receive my order, have no updates and get offered a refund, that will definitely make me use karcher again...Anyway, this is coming into the 4th week, and Ive been told you havent had it in stock when it showed in stock when I placed the order. But now I have to wait another week till you even send it out, never mind receive it.
