Bought a pressure washer in January. 2nd time come to use it, connected to water supply, switched on the power and nothing! Changed the fuse. Nothing! Dont waste your money! This is the second karcher pressure washer Ive owned. Wont be buying another!

It leaked from the start, despite being used about 4 or 5 times it had a flimsy cast bracket that held a pipe inside that has fractured ? How ? I repaired it myself, the on off trigger pressure switch trips out .... it has been nothing short of a waste of money with build quality is Soooooo bad ..... never buy a Karcher !!!!

Bought a lawn strimmer less then two years ago, used it maybe five or six times. The charger has stopped working. I thought it was the battery, so replaced that but still wont charge so definitely the charger. Contacted customer service who I had a back and forth with because they didnt seem to understand it was the charger rather than the battery. Eventually told me that because my strimmer was BUILT more than two years ago its out of warranty. I bought it in the summer of 2022, so its in warranty, but I dont have the receipt for this faulty piece of equipment so my bad luck. I will never buy another Karcher product, and I wish I read the reviews on here before buying. Many other have had the same issue. Shoddy products, badly made, ducking their responsibilities to the consumer. Choose another supplier dont waste your money on Karcher.

....a 30 day returns guarantee! Is such a statement even legally compliant with EU consumer rights? When you purchase a karcher power washer you are encouraged to avail of the extended 3 year warranty...it doesnt say anything about 30 day return warranty unless its in the small print! This us another example of terrible Karcher customer service. Its hard to understand the strategy of customer service trashing the Karcher brand with such behaviour. I will report my experience to the German European HQ. I want power washer product replaced not the individual pieces one by one. Even better a refund or Ill never buy another Karcher product.

Yes same experience. Just used my karcher to clean patio at first sign of spring. Leaking everywhere! Guess what its just over the 2 year warranty! Bought from BQ in January 2022 and only used it a handful of times. Stored in a dry shed and correctly drained of water after use I am not sure what more I could have done? Previous machine lasted nearly 7 years! So having received the standard we will look into this response from Karcher I added further details but as expected heard nothing. Dont know what I expected but certainly a bit more than this!!

I was bought a lawnmower and Strimmer set which I was extremely happy with for the first use. Since then both batteries have died and they are very expensive to replace given that its a common fault. I have been trying to raise this issue with them via live chat and email and both are not going anywhere. I get asked the same questions before the agents go offline and I have to start again. Rubbish service and a rubbish product.

Bought the sc3 steam cleaner because ive bought karcher in the past This is absolutely rubbish it soaks everywhere with water also if you use the attachments upright the water leaks from the nozzle onto your hand with boiling water , its a terrible product AVOID

used my 400 K7 once. Second time trying car wow detergnt the dispenser has failed. I used some of the detergent in a bucket, I think this batch missed the WOW bit of the production line, seriously Fairy liquid and a sponge works bette and will leave you 400 and the cost of the wow detergent 10 better of.

Updated 110425 . Forced to raise PayPal dispute which took multiple calls to finally get a decision made in my favour. However its still going to take up to one MONTH for refund to show on my credit card statement. Avoid Krcher at all costs, unless you have money to burn and nothing better to do with your time.Tried to cancel the online order but there is no option to do so. You have to use their poor excuse for a Customer Service webWhatsApp chat which takes 3 to 4 days per response oh and cancels your question when it times out after 24 hrs unless you keep asking to stay in the queue. This is just delay tactics until they finally dispatch your order, to which they now claim is my problem and I now have to refuse the delivery and then wait for goods to be returned, before they will start the refund process....which takes up to 3 weeks...if youre lucky.The goods havent moved in over a week from the DHL delivery depot. Avoid Krcher like the plague.. consider looking at companies like Ava or Nilfisk who produces similar products, but actually provides customer support. If theres an alternative option available I wont be buying Krcher ever again.

Im extremely disappointed with this company and wish I could give a zerostar rating. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Their support team is shockingly unhelpful and seems completely uninformed.I submitted a straightforward request to have my Window Vac repaired weeks ago, and my case has been bounced between numerous representatives, none of whom seem to have read the previous correspondence or understand the issue.I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company if you value your time and money.

My k7 pressure worked well to start with. After 2 months of use the yellow plastic insert in the lance hot stuck in the gun when removing it. Spoke to Karcher who told me how to remove it. Since then the insert on the other lance and on the rotary patio cleaner does the same. Now the gun leaks water when lance is attached. The rotary cleaner has no pressure when attached. 5 e mails to karcher sometimes get answered and then a response asks for the information already given !!. The product was registered when bought on line from Karcher ,but Karcher says it is NOT registered !Virtually 300 pounds appears to have been wasted. Their after sales service is deplorable. Think carefully before you get taken in by their advertisements.

This is outrageous! Spent ages trying to register a new Window Vac completely unnecessarily! Part number is difficult to find and read when you find it, Product number is also very in a very obscure place! Why cant they just put it on the front of the brochure for the customer to see?! Felt angry and disgusted with such stupidity! And they are supposed to be German, practical and efficient! I think its either stupidity or deliberately trying to put people off!

Warning if you have a problem with home or garden product you will be faced with weeks of delay in handling via email or AI chat useless . Phone is best but they will take you to a point of hypertensive destruction in a lack of help or common sense. If they need copies or photos you may send 2 or 3 times and then wait again! It took so long, the experience is the opposite of customer service.The accessories did not fit my Karcher washer despite the box and advertising saying it would and the replies from help line virtually disputed this. Better to buy cheaper brands from Wicks or Screwfix and only deal with them forget Karcher they just are hopeless.

Same issue everyones having. Warranty claim through online portal sent 17th March 25. The receipt, photo of unit in original packing, warranty confirmation email all supplied no reply. Email from helpline, no record, please resend. All info resent 3rd time 24th March. 7 Working days now passed. Nothing. Premium product that fails easily with pointless warranty.

I recently ordered an eco!Booster Jet on promotion. Having placed my order on Saturday, it was despatched on Monday and arrived safely on Tuesday, so I have no complaints about the service received. I have also now tried using the Jet with my K5 and am very pleased with the increased performance that it delivers. Great job, Karcher!

Same as other people, window vac works for a few times then just dies. when I looked into this you can see that the impeller sucks the water over the motor on a split casing which is supposed to be sealed. Obviously not! It states its IPX4 which means IPX4 Repels splashing water, from any angle. This has not been submerged so why did it allow water ingress? It obviously is not IPX4.The motor is heavily rusted. I see from Karchers responses they talk of helping to give preventative advice. Thats a bit late after its broken. I followed the instructions to the letter, even though they are generic picture book instructions. I keep indoors in a drawer in the utility room so dry the unit after use etc. This is a design flaw and they look like they are trying to pass the buck to the user. I would like to know if they respond, how I may have misused this to cause a water vac, to leak water into the casing. Can they comment on what would happen if water was to short circuit the Battery, could this cause a fire?It would have been cheaper for the time I used to pay a window cleaner.I see you have answered the other 1K promptly saying you will investigate and other platitudes but most of the complaints are also that you dont follow anything up. I will not be buying a Karcher appliance again, this brand has cost cut to a place where it is not a quality product. The brand was a sign of quality in the past but this, like so many other companies has fallen to the competitively cheap but bad quality bracket in my opinion.

Bad customer service. I tried to return the item as it was not what expected. But they refused and said if it is open i cant return. How would i know if the item is suitable or not when i purchased it online. Dont buy from them
