Bought a K4 it arrived broken. WhatsApp support was almost nonexistent and the phone lines have no way of checking WhatsApp messages which is a joke!! All main CRMs offer multichannel support!!!. The person on the phone never emailed me the info, so I had to call again. The next unit then arrived with another bit broken. Now the WhatsApp queue is so long by the time someone replies, they say they have no record history. What an absolutely disgraceful excuse of a support function.

After purchasing a kercher k4 power washer for my son for Christmas from Argos ,as its not a every day use item we was out of the 30 money back guarantee when we tried to use it , from day one the hose attachment pops of I contacted Kercher we sent me a list of things to try none of which has worked it has been a complete waste of money and I will never purchase this brand again I had to click a star to give a review but I wouldnt give it or the customer service team any what further information would you like

The spot cleaner I bought looked good, light weight, sturdy and easy to use. However the battery takes over 5 hours to charge and you only get a 12minute runtime. Yes in the specs it says 12 approx runtime but that could mean hours as it does not state minutes. I should have used this as soon as it was delivered, because I would have sent it straight back.

Like RW above, I also ordered the K4 pressure washer and accessories direct from Karcher. Their website gave delivery time of 25 working days. It is now eight days since I placed the order and still nothing. I sent an email but wont get a reply for 7 working days. I phoned their customer service department three days ago and was assured that the delivery would be with me today Friday but no dispatch email has been sent and no delivery notification from DHL has come through so, fair to assume, I wont be getting my pressure washer today.Ironically, one thing they have managed to get to me was an email yesterday evening asking for a review of the pressure washer and of their service. How they expect me to write a review for an item they havent actually sent me, Im not quite sure. Wishful thinking on their part.I should have followed my instincts and ordered from Amazon.

We had a karcher window vac for many years and loved it sadly we wore it out which is fair enough, nothing lasts forever. So we bought a new WV 6 from Karcher invoice 1833437272 and wish we hadnt bothered, it is no where near as good as the first one we had, suction is poor, it leaks water and is generally not up to the job. My question is why do you change something that is a very good product? We are now looking at other manufacturers as this is next to useless. And, its expensive!.

Used the Krcher .ie site to purchase a steam cleaner and k7 power washer. No communication from Krcher regarding the k7 not in stock and only found out when courier delivered the steamer. Rang Krcher K7 delayed by a month and is a back order. All this despite ringing beforehand to check stock availability. Now Im awaiting a refund but despite multiple emails, website forms and phone calls no acknowledgment from Krcher as yet. Extremely poor customer service. The person at the end of the phone directs your query to that department and seemingly cannot resolve issue. I cannot wait a month and simply want a refund.

I bought the Karacher floor cleaner. Always been impressed with Karacher products but this is abysmal! It doesnt clean well at all and if you touch the wall , you get a mark from the rollers, leaving you with another area to clean by hand.I actually would say its a complete waste of money.

Rung Karcher Ireland support line for a couple of questions around 10am, 22052024. The lady was so impatient and unprofessional! Asked where I can find the warranty in writings about the vacum cleaner I asked and she sid normally it is two years why would I need it on file. The manner was absolutly terrible! Its such a big joke to make her REPRESENT KARCHER!

Purchased 2 Tracer patio cleaner attachments over a 5 year period. Both have stopped working with the same fault, no pressure. Have cleaned and changed the jets as advised.I have contacted Karcher twice but still had no reply. Very poor customer service.

I have so far only used my K4 Power Control Home once. It was to replace my old Karcher 520 model. I am pleased with the way it cleaned my hexagonal blocks that havent been cleaned for several years and had moss weeds growing between them. I have not yet used the TRacer Surface Cleaner as I wanted to get used to the basic nozzles first. Although it is a big machine it is easier to move than my previous 520 model.

Has become a really bad brand, really poor quality goods. I had a steam cleaner fail after half a year, I bought one of their vaccum cleaners that had no suction and looked at one of their heigh pressure cleaners, but stayed away from it because a connector part was super fragile. I instead bought a cheap brand pressure cleaner that was much more powerful, super sturdy and with more functionality and Im very happy that I didnt buy the Krcher.

I bought a K4 Classic jet wash from Screwfix, and it started leaking internally within six months. I followed Karchers troubleshooting advice and then spent time filling out their online support form. Despite an automated confirmation promising a response within seven days, I heard nothing. I even tried their WhatsApp support, only to be met with an endless waiting for an agent message. If youre looking for aftersales support from Karcher, be warned in my experience, its nonexistent.

The spinning function on a MP145 lance stopped working after approx 1 year of light use. I have had it replaced once under warranty, but Karcher now hide behind the 2 year warranty for the original lance and will not replace the replacement saying Im out of warranty. Product is a waste of money and not fit for purpose. They did originally offer to send a further replacement which I accepted, but a few days later a lady in head office has taken over my case and in no uncertain terms has told me where to go with the claim and explaining that the original customer service agent based in the new South Africa Office doesnt have a clue what they are talking about and should never have agreed to send a new lance. disgraceful service and product quality, buy from another manufacturer!

Prompt delivery as promised and package in good condition but when opened and starting to assemble pictorial instructions have to be studied !!! noted broken bits of plastic in bottom of box. Finally discovered where they had come from, one of the wheels. Wheel still functions but reported it to Karcher because I expect all items to be 100 but 3 weeks later and no response from Karcher. The cost of supplying one replacement wheel which I offered to fit would be small cost to Karcher and enhance public relations.

Placed order 85262718 online for a k3 pressure washer. Delivery is stated as 13 business days.Waited a week and heard nothing. Contacted support and was told the item was out of stock but they got it back in stock now and I should receive next week. Waited a week again and still no delivery so I contacted support again to be told my order was put on security hold. I didnt wish to engage in that nonsense so cancelled my order, who knows how long I would have to wait to get it delievered, maybe by Christmas?I am currently awaiting a refund as I shouldnt be wasting my time contacting them about where my item is.
