Karcher are currently advertising a guaranteed gift with new purchases. This is not the case. My application was rejected for a product I anyway did not want, but had no choice over, without any possibility of providing the information they claimed was missing. I have had no response to my message of protest, and I am very unhappy with the apparent ethics of this Company. I will never buy from them again. After receiving a reply to this review, I am clear Karcher do not take it seriously. Doubtless this review will be removed in 3 days the establishment protecting itself against mere customers, perhaps?

Karcher used to be a good brand. They have plummeted into the ground through greed and ambition to have the poorest quality Jet wash on the market maybe even in the world! My less than 12 months old expensive K4 has broken again. Its not even used that often maybe once a week for an hour. They would not refund me and the customer response stated at 7 days! Doesnt happen and you have to chase them. The repair is a 4 week if your lucky debacle of chasing them constantly for an update. If they dont start again and put quality first alongside service I think they will disappear altogether which wont be a bad thing to happen.

Karcher batteries. Bought a strimmer with extra battery just in case last year now neither will charge. Both batteries dead. Charger has a green light so appears to be working but seem to remember I have had this issue before. Tried contacting Karcher by whatsapp as no tel number but it isnt live. FAQ link isnt working. Wont be buying Karcher again

We purchased a Karcher K4 pressure washer just over two years ago, and unfortunately, we are disappointed with its durability. This past weekend, we used the pressure washer for only the third timeand for the first time to wash a car.To our surprise, we noticed that the unit is coming apart, with a visible split at the join down the middle. While it still functions, we did not expect this issue to occur after such a short period of ownership, especially given Karchers reputation for quality products.We have emailed the customer service team to report this issue but, so far, we have not received any response or even an acknowledgment of receipt. This lack of communication has only added to our frustration and disappointment.We hope Karcher will address this issue promptly and improve their responsiveness to customer concerns.After receiving the update from Karcher below, we contacted the UK customer helpline, but they confirmed they were unable to assist and could only sell repairs. We consider this unreasonable, as the product has only been used three times. We expected better quality and service from our purchase.

I purchased a battery powered lawn mower approximately 18 months ago. Despite several calls to customer service and technical support I have completely given up on the brand. From the start the mower constantly threw the grass back onto the lawn. Even if I start at the highest setting and work my way down it still ejects the grass. I effectively have to mow the same lawn 45 times to collect most of the grass. When it gets below 20 battery it just dies and refuses to mow the lawn. Now it wont even cut on the lowest setting at all.In desperation I tried to see if I could invoke an act of good will at the local Nottingham service repair centre but they wanted a massive 165 to just look at the mower and carry out any repair. What a disgrace for a product that has performed badly from day one and none of the support and advice was useful or effective. I do have 2 other karcher products and they are ok but I will never buy another. This brand has put me off for life. Avoid.

Received a K5 Pressure washer. Paid over 300 for it. Arrived with the back plastic shattered and broken. Contacted them via email and Whatsapp. No response. Looks like I may have to go through my credit care company to get a refund as Karcher clearly do not care. Non existent customer care team.

After over 24 years my old Karcher pressure washer finally gave up... Decided on a K3 and am very happy with it so far still early days so difficult to tell if it will last 24 years though!

We bought a K5, having had a K2 for some years, and now with a bigger patio to clean.It is very heavy, but with wheels, it is manageable. It is very complex to put together and the pictures in the manual are too dark and fuzzy to be helpful. There is an app which helps, a lot, but I did not discover this until after assembly.I havent used it yet other than a short test. I hope it works well and will be back with a review update if I am not happy.

Ordered K4 online, which was on offer. Very easy to order and delivery was good. Its now assembled but haventhad time to use yet, hopeit lives up to expectations.

Having searched on line for the best window vac I decided to buy the top of the range Karcher. I ordered it direct from Karcher and it was delivered within a few days. I have had a Karcher window vac for years but the battery was loosing power quickly so i decided to buy a new one. I must say there is virtually no difference with the new one and old one as far as cleaning windows.

Poor waiting time, poor communication. Order place for a K 5 unit and home kit, very excited to receive this unit to try out. Trouble is I still have NOT received it. Order placed on the 270524 no updates so had to contact customer service. Just excuses no firm date when I would receive it. UPDATE received the Pressure Washer a few days later and very happy with the K5 unit

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Its obvious theres a toxic staff culture.I had various problems with my recent orders. They were rude when they just needed to put things right. Rude when I asked for advice. Its cost them a customer small cleaning business as Ive since left for another brand.Do not buy here, they will waste your time.

Dont buy Karcher.I have a Karcher WV5 which stopped working within the warranty period.I filled in their in depth fault report form and got the usual we attempt to respond within 7working days. 9 days in the real world.I then received an obvious copy and paste reply asking for the same information again, which I did.I then received another email asking the same again!Emailed them again and asked for a resolution as they now had this information 3 times.Eventually I was told they would send a replacement out on a certain day via DPD.We waited in all that day and nothing turned up.I have emailed them twice since but no reply.Because of the long gaps between me sending an email and receiving a reply this has been going on for weeks. I still have a broken unit with no resolution in sight. Certainly wont be buying another Karcher product.Dont ask me to contact customer service again as they dont do what they promise .Cust. Got a wet and dry karcher vacuum, so disappointed, it struggles to pick up and the actual lead on it is so short I have to use extention lead really disappointed.

Online chat is completely useless. You wait in queue forever than after describing problem ther is no answer. Going through it again and next day new operator cant read previous chat and you need to explain again. Completely useless. Next product will be from someone else ??

Made an order just before the bank holiday weekend as with many many people here, and have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my order a karcher k4 power controlAfter contacting support on two separate occasions i have finally had enough and have decided to cancel my order. After ringing them and messaging and only being told 35 more days everytimeWhy sell a product as in stock if its not in actual stock and then advertise it as a 23 business day delivery. Outrageous

Changing others location on Google Maps so you can claim you delivered the goods to the correct place is considered to be fraudulent activity. This needs to be investigated and some their colleagues should be sacked from the business as they are not trustworthy and doing shady stuff in the background

Waste of money. Replaced existing window vac with new model that is inferior. The new model is no where near the standard of the old one. Not effective at all. A complete waste of money and would like to return. Will continue to use the old one that is better in every respect. Very disappointed. I am now being asked by karcher to provide a video showing the performance of the new versus the old Karcher vacs !!!

I bought a new Karcher pressure washer to replace an older model that finally gave up the ghost after years of sterling service. The new one shares the same design as the old one with a few tweaks but its difficult to improve on a classic. Bought directly from Karcher, good price quick delivery. Well recommenced.
