I had a K4 i think home full control pressure washer was top of the range in 2013, was such good quality and came with lots of extras and free window vac i sold it when i moved house , at auction, and got almost the price i paid. I have recently replaced it with similar model as the original is no longer available and am shocked at the flimsy quality of the lances and handle and attachments havent used it yet too much rain for months ! What a shame that everything seems to be flimsier these days

Great experience from Richard and his colleagues. Had a faulty jet washer. They fitted a spare part straight away,when I could have hired a machine for an urgent job the next day. Even gave me a free nozzle. All round,very refreshing and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I did my order 9 days ago and not delivered yet which I can understand. The big issue comes with Karcher customer service behaviour which is very rude because when I spoke to a lady in customer service and said 3 times good morning she reply how I can help 3 times. I learned since I was 3 years old, if some one start the conversation with good morning, I should reply good morning, not how I can help. This ABC communication skills should Karcher check that with their customer service employees should have.

I ordered a steam cleaner direct from Karcher in the middle of December as a Christmas present. Thought there was plenty of time for it to arrive. It arrived last Friday.Karcher asked for a review, so I gave a not brilliant review stating that the product was fine but the service was awful. I got a reply back saying they would not show the review as it did not meet their criteria. Why ask for reviews if you are going to pick and choose what ones to use? A bad service just went from 2 which I gave them direct, to a 1 for not listening.My review direct to them Extremely poor serviceI ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter it finally arrived a month later , Friday 17th January, with no contact from them as to what was happening. I had gone directly to Karcher as I thought it was a reputable company. When I first contacted them I was told it was out of stock, when my daughter contacted them she was told it was in stock, but they had been moving warehouses so there was a delay in sending things out at Christmas!!! Purchased a second K4 as my last one was just out of two year warranty before it packed up. Against friends recommendations I decided to purchase another to give it a go, direct from the website for the extra warranty. Unfortunately the handle was damaged on arrival and makes the unit incredibly difficult to use. After reading the reviews on here I wont hold my breath on expecting a reply from their customer service..

KC5 floor cleaner. Leaves the floor in a worst state than you start!We bought this as we have a new pup. Useless!!This needs to go back to the drawing board. Fill with detergent sweep floor maticulously. Start machine. Spend longer going over it than a bucket and cloth. Dog hair backs up and chucks it back on the floor wet. Leaves streaks and spots of dirty water. Had to go over it with a cloth and was discusted with the dirty hand print on the cloth. Can I have my money back?

Purchased the floor cleaner, what a waste of money, it is heavy, noisy and leaves strips of water that have to be cleaned up with a cloth! Never again will I purchase Karcher products.

Paid for the additional warranty after just 8 months the hose has started to leak Contacted Karcher, they tried to claim my garden hose was too short ? then that it was too long and made me send pictures of my garden hose, after some wrangling they agreed to a replacement which I would receive in 5 7 days It has now been a month, I have sent many emails without response and called to be told it would be with me Monday 3 days ago back to no responses and not being able to get through again. I think Karchers customer service is really poor.

Purchased Karcher strimmer with two batteries. Used very occasionally on small lawn. After a year the one battery would not charge. So we used the fully charged second battery. After about two recharges this battery would not charge. Total cost of Strimmer with 2 batteries 169. Price for replacement battery 69. It is clear to me, particularly looking at all the online complaints, that Karcher are providing poor batteries to enable further sales of batteries!

Very quick to take your money, very very slow to do anything else.Delivery took over 6 days, item did not fit my machine so requested a return, that took well over a week to get a response. Collected in two days then heard absolutely nothing regarding receipt of parcel, or credit in process. Tracking did not work, but after 8 days I found a credit on my card statement.With regard to my purchase I made the mistake of assuming that when it says it fits ALL K7 it includes everything. But hey I was supposed to know that K7 full control machines do not come under K7.So, buyer beware to check every single detail on their site because you will have to look very hard to find the correct info.

I love my karcher products. Ive been using this brand of power washer for years. I changed to a different brand and honestly no comparison. My latest purchase is a K5 and I love it. I wasnt sure it would make much difference moving up a few grades however it really does! Work done in half the time and a much easier task. With dogs at home I use this frequently.

Impossible to speak with a representative of the company before purchase messages on WhatsApp never responded to simply a message in the middle of the next night stating that unfortunately no agents available to .... in spite of initially saying would respond within 1 business day.The tool sweeps reasonably well but the pick up function is exceptionally poor. It will not pick up any debris within 60cm of the front of the machine, so unless you have no walls or path corners, it is a waste of time as it is still necessary to use a handbrush and dustpan to clear up. It is the first time that having deliberated long and hard about whether a machine would do the job for which it was advertised and, due to not being able to speak with a representative, and in spite of some sceptical reviews, I decided to risk it. Wrong decision. A complete waste of money.

Got the K4 Pressure Washer and it is amazing. Does an amazing job of cleaning my garden path. Has 2 different hoses. Amazing product. Easy to connect to water supply and easy to change attachments. All stores in back of the product to save space.

Cant believe this company. Ive been buying Karchers for 30 years! Bought a K7 Power on their website, which isnt cheap. A few days later they had a 20 sale. I went onto their website and went through the order process and it would have been over 95 cheaper. I thought about returning the machine I had bought as it was still within its 14 days, and order another one but I thought this would have been an expensive process for Karcher. As this was a Bank Holiday weekend, they werent available to speak to. When I phoned them the sale had obviously ended and basically told me tough luck. Shame on you Karcher, Ive spent a few thousand pounds over the years and you obviously dont care about your customers. Wont be buying from you again. They asked for more info to verify the review which I did. Heard nothing from them. They simply dont care. If I could give ZERO star I would.
