Chinese rubbish Bought because old on quality v good and lasted for years , new one lasted less than 10 uses since oct 2020. Living off a distant reputation.Put this review on their website and it got knocked back. Truth hurts. Approximately cost 10 per use.

I just do not get some of the reviews!The mower is just not for for purpose, if you want to cut your grass every week carry on and make a purchase, problem is if you miss a week due to wet weather or any other reason good luck as this mower is useless when the grass gets even slightly long , you will end up going over and over on different height and take you 4 times longer than it should . It just does not produce enough power it cuts out all the time .

Despite assurances otherwise, the product took nearly two weeks to arrive. I could have bought it cheaper on Amazon with delivery in two working days.Neither am i very impressed with the product itself.

I bought a Karcher window vac with a MSE voucher to replace one that Ive had for years. The new yellow blades smear, the vacuum dribbles it took me as long to clean 2 panes of glass as it used to take to do the whole house and I had to reclean them to get rid of the smears. I asked for my money back within 14 days to buy one with black blades, I made it clear that I had been using their product for years. I received a reply asking for warranty information and instructions on how to use it. I asked for my money back again no reply to that mail nearly 2 weeks later. All the more ironic given it was bought using a voucher from a consumer site.

I BOUGHT K7 MODEL WITH 2 ACCESSORIES ON AMAZON. I ORDERED BRAND NEW ONE BUT THEYSOLD ME THEIR RETURNS. THEY DELIVERED THEM WHEN I WAS NOT AT HOME AND JUST DROPPED UNWRAPPED BOXES IN FRONT OF MY DOOR.I MADE COMPLAINT BUT NEVER GOT ANSWER AND NEVER GOT REFUND BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUY ANY KARCHER

Very poor and non existent customer service. Rang on Friday asking about a new hose for our Jet Washer. Customer Service didnt know what I was asking about and promised to send parts diagram through on Email, still waiting for it. Have ordered new hose from another company which is coming this week. Very annoyed with total lack of customer service. Would consider buying another make next time I needed one.

Update. I havent received a text message as it says I should. Seems like fraud to me.What a joke! They have a promotion where you can win a prize. As usual with these things, you have to jump through so many loops for a crappy prize. I entered all my details, was told I had won and then it tells me You will receive a text message to the mobile number used to enter within 7 days of entry validating your win. If successful, the text message will also include a form for you to share your postal address. Following validation, you will have 14 days to claim your prize. Prizes are issueddispatched 35 days from the date of purchase. I have just completed all of this only to have to go through the process again. What a joke! Dont waste my time, Karcher!

Previously used Karcher for 15 years. Bought my K2 11 months ago. Hole appears on 3rd use in the hose...I only do my patio and drive with it. After filling in all the online questions Karcher say wear and tear....scandalous. If theyre made to break after three uses now theyre not a brand to trust. Very disappointing, poor customer service online... I feel like theyre calling me a liar. Dreadful to see previously good companies stoop so low.

Well, where to start. I bought my Karcher K4 in woodies Dublin in 2022 April. Ive used it less than 10 times since that date. For the last 6 months, up to this month, it was under warranty and not used. I went to use it in march and there was a lot of water spraying out of the side. Long story short, pin hole leaks in the manifold. I had to take the cover off to see exactly where the leak was. Quite hard trying to get the part. Eventually found my receipt which implied I was still under warranty. Contacted customer service in Ireland. USELESS, utterly .Then they passed me to the UK. 3 weeks ago. Havent managed to speak to a soul. They have not responded to any of my questions. The WhatsApp messages say Im in a queue for 3 days any time I try it. Bloody joke. Ive since fixed it myself as I just couldnt wait. I just want a refund of the 37 I spent. Never mind the 2 hours odd or more to A. Investigate and then B. To repair it. A response from them at any time would be most welcome.I certainly will not be buying anything from Karcher again. The plastic extrusions are rubbish. The other plastic components that can fail in this product is alarming. O rings are rubbish and customer service....WHAT customer service... Absolutely disgraceful and pathetic responses...Am still awaiting any kind of reply. O and by the way, your welcome. I fixed this myself. I still have had no contact or reply. I emailed the rep in Ireland and i still got dismissed and told to speak in someone in the UK.

I was forwarded to Kacher Banbury by my supplier. Spoke to a pleasant person Paul. He was very switched on and helpful. Told me what I needed to do and email all details to him. 4 days later got confirmation of new parts being sent out to me once the stock is replenished. Good service I say . Thanks guys .

Very Suprised at the low reviews and star ratingsI have had nothing but great customer service from Karcher. Very helpful, patient and polite.The kits always does the job it needs to as well.

Karcer batteries are useless. I have had three die on me over the last couple of years for my 33cm cut lawnmower. They just go blank and wont recharge.they are not cheap. The mower really struggles on anything apart from the driest grass and so I cannot mow when I want to. The battery charge only lasts 20 mins of mowing but is better on the hedge trimmer

I ordered a pressure washer for the nice weather we are having.Delivery was stated as 35 days. When I called them, they reiterated 35 days.We are now into the 8th day since ordering and still no email saying the item has been dispatched.Its not my job to keep calling them to chase, so I sent an email, which came back saying they aim to respond within 7 working days!!Id have purchased from our local store, but guess what? They are only open Monday to Friday!Order number 0085946060Update They replied below. But this tells me nothing at all. When will I get my item? Should I cancel and get elsewhere if I dont know when I will receive it? Ive put the score down to one star as a result.

Ordered multiple items, only some arrived, its now been10 days and I cannot get hold of anybody to update me, I have emailed in and got a response to say it will take up to 7 days to respond, their live chat said it will take 3 days to respond! simply not acceptable poor service thus far!Order No. 00860744412 days later and still no update or contact!

I had my pressure washer repaired by Karcher , only to find a month ago it had developed the same fault , sent an email to Karcher to only find they wanted 85 to repair whilst the washer repair was less than 8 months ago.I have since sent an email 2 weeks ago to no responce . Dont believe all they say in their adds

Ordered K5 bank holiday Monday 27th May nothing arrived in three working days as per confirmation order. Waited until following Monday 3rd June gave them a call and was told that they were waiting for parts and would let me know next day by email what was happening. Thursday still nothing. Where is the customer service? You have taken my money where is my k5 or even an email? What is happening?
