Lost my order somehow between their warehouse and DPD. Had to wait 25mn twice on the phone to get to someone in customer service. First time they said they will chase up and send me a replacement product asap. A week later the second one said they couldnt find me or my order on the system any longer and suggested to create a new profile for me.. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. He said he couldnt do and that someone in HQ needed to follow up with me.. 2 days later and still nothing except for an email saying they could only refund me when they receive the lost by them order back in warehouse. Nightmare company and horrible customer service. Avoid at any cost !

Hi I bought a karcher 4 classic pressure washer on the 09042024 from wickes, and it leaks from the bottom all the time it keeps loosing pressure and it wont even turn on now, I emailed wickes and they told me to send the proof of purchase which I did I screenshot my receipt and details what they emailed me, and they told me I have to get In touch with karcher to activate my warranty, I think this is absolutely disgusting considering karcher are asking me all the same questions now without any solutions to my problems I think it all this rigmarole Im going through is not what you expect from two so called professional company service

K4 power control purchase, Machine works fine, however not in to self assembly and the hose is cheap stiff plastic instead of flexible rubber, impossible to remove kinks and to coil up after use. Brace yourself for a 45 upgrade cost for a new hose to make this the machine it should be.

This company is the worst ever I came across. Contacted them 3 weeks ago to enquire about a product I want to buy. The customer service is extremely poor. Called and said theyre going to give all the information I needed. It took ages just to receive that call which I never did until I had to follow them up and nothing came out of it. Called today and someone answered and sounded as if I was wasting her time as she was rushing to a meeting. Never ever attempt to buy any product from this company. Do it at your own risk . Very disappointed and I dont think I will want to buy anything from them.

We have had a Karcher floor steam mop purchased 1218 months ago. On 19.7.24 it caught fire in use, naturally rather a rather concerning safety issue.We emailed customer services who asked for further information which we sent by return on 22 July 2024. That is the last we have heard from Karcher.This interaction and the appalling Trustpilot score suggests the brand has really gone downhill.Naturally we wont purchase from Karcher UK again and regret we have other appliances purchased in recent years

Ive emailed Karcher with regards to an eco booster attachment we purchased. We plugged it into the trigger to check it fitted, but when removing it the yellow insert stayed in the trigger.This means that the only lance that will fit is the ecobooster. The insert is stuck and because it is new we dont want to force anything as it has not even been used. So now we have a gun that will not work with outer other lances or snow foam. Karcher havent responded to our request for a solution which is very disappointing for such a well known company, I expected more. After all you are only as good as your customer service which so far has been terrible!

I bought a new battery 18v 5AH from ebayuk battery went blank after only 30 minutes from use , will not charge from a new charger, no warranty as l didnt buy it direct from Karcher, seems a common fault but karcher said it was not, l only bought it becurse l thought wrongly that karcher was a good brand, l was wrong.

I got a EWM 2 PREMIUM ELECTRIC WIPE MOP from Karcher and it worked well. No problems. It then started to develop a problem where the cleaning fluid wasnt coming out. I contacted support and they emailed back with a possible solution but if that didnt work to email back with proof of purchase and they would provide a solution. I tried what they said but it did not work and emailed back. After a few days no response. So I emailed again. Still no response. I used their WhatsApp service and still no one responded. I tried live chat but no response. Very disappointed by the lack of customer support when it is really needed. A BIG shame! They need to actually be available to provide some aftercare and support to their customers if needed! Not ignore them!

Purchased a K4 3 years ago and have used it six times. Went to use it recently and found it was was leaking. Took it in for repairs as was out of warranty. 160.00 minimum charge to replace a small plastic part that has now been upgraded to metal. The joke is on me as my friend brought a jet washer at the same time as me but didnt want the expense of a Karcher so brought something from Wickes less than 100.00 which is still going strong. Sorry Karcher but this is not a premium product.

I had the worst experience with Karcher customer service. The assistant I spoke with was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He treated me terribly and seemed annoyed that I was simply asking about a product I had received. His attitude was appalling he hushed me abruptly and didnt even bother explaining the return process. To make matters worse, he just hung up on me! I am honestly baffled how someone with such a poor attitude even holds a job in customer service. Avoid this place if you dont want to be treated like youre a bother. I wont be coming back.

I would like to write a review on the karcher k4 I purchased from karcher but I cant. I purchased the k4 in November but when it arrived the hose was damaged on the same day in November I contacted customer support, I got an email back saying that they had sent a new hose. After several phonecalls and promises it is now Christmas eve and still not able to use the machine that is over 4 weeks its the worst time Ive ever had with a retailer.

Over the years I have purchased several Karcher products i.e. pressure washer, vacuum cleaners, hedge trimmer et cetera. I have always found them to be robust and very reliable and when I have had occasion to contact the Karcher service centre they have been very helpful.????

The Karcher K4 washer was delivered and upon opening, we discovered it was broken. Karcher arranged a collection and sent a replacement. The second one had been used as water came out of it. Again Karcher arranged a collection and sent a replacement. Third time lucky? Not so much, the handle is broken! Why are the items not checked before being sent out? Clearly theyre sending items that have been returned already. Its disgraceful and I have completely lost faith in the brand.

My Karcher window vac stopped working so I rang customer support and spoke to a really lovey lady called Precious. Although I didnt have the receipt but did register the product, Precious talked me through the fault and told me what it was. When I gave her the serial number she told me it was still in the guarantee time.She arranged to have one sent by courier by three working days and the faulty one collected by the same courier.Precious is a credit to the company.G. Pressure washer arrived damaged, with missing parts, so couldnt even put it together. No instruction manual, and crushed internal packaging, clearly a return that had been sent out again....requested refund, Karcher confirmed on the phone that it would be refunded. They arranged the pick up, which was quick. Proof of return provided by courier, but no refund, nor any response to request.Now over 7 working days since proof of return arrived at their warehouse. No response to any emails to at least confirm a refund is being processed. This what a scam feels like!Edit Further to the response from Karcher the question was in regards the response to email about whether the refund was being processed not whether it had been processed. So the only response available from Karcher is to mitigate public comments, but have only exposed where their focus is not on email response to customers but to comment incorrectly on comments in the public forum. The response on here and continued silence to actual emails speaks volumes.
