GOOD PRODUCT EXCELLENT BUILD QUALITY AND IT DOES THE JOBS EFFECTIVELY. WOULD BE BETTER BEING SUPPLIED WITH A 3 MTR SUCTION HOSE, THE 1.8 METRE AS STANDARD IS NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR MOST JOBS

I rang Karcher customer service to get advicehelp on how to use my new K5 Pressure Washer. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me as I am a complete novice with pressure washers. He took his time to explain clearly and didnt rush me off. I came off the call feeling more confident about using my new pressure washer. Plus he said that I could give him a call anytime should I have any more queries, which is very reassuring.

Bought a K5 in April 2022 direct from Karcher so 4 year guarantee standard 3 years plus extra 1 year for buying direct. From new out of the box the high pressure hose had numerous kinks in it and was very stiff so you could not straighten it out. It didnt really affect function but I always thought at some point the hose would split because how stiff it was and full of kinks. March 24 hose split at one of kinks meaning all pressure lost and machine unusable. Emailed karcher to ask for a replacement hose. Automated email response but then nothing. Website also offers option to contact them via WhatsApp so I did that. They dont reply for 24 hours, which causes the system to say do you want to stay in the queue? You say yes this can continue for several days until somebody eventually replies asking some inane question, you reply which then starts the cycle again of having to click every day yes I want to stay in the queue until the delay is so long it seems to kick you out of the queue anyway they reply that they cant see the previous messages and you have to upload all the previous messages again. This has now been going on for weeks over that time theyve asked me to send photographs of the hose, then more photos of the hose, then confirm where the Karcher is stored. Its a split house on a twoyearold machine that has a five year guarantee. Just send me a new hose! Clearly just trying to avoid having to honour the guarantee.

Faulty product and appalling customer experience!I bought a Karcher K4, paying a higher price than other pressure washers as I was impressed with the product features and overall brand reputation.The washer has never worked properly from day one. After just five minutes if use the high pressure hose gets blown out of its connection to the washer. I just get started, half the car done and whoosh its off and water blasting out all over the place.I went online to complain and after numerous email exchanges with multiple customer services agents, Karcher agreed to take the washer back for repairs . All well and good.The washer was returned but still had exactly the same problem. Five minutes in, the hose is off.As the product has hardly been used and still under guarantee I asked for either a new, replacement washer, a full refund or an engineer visit to fix the problem. All have been refused.I was told by the customer service agent to return the washer back to Homebase and try my luck with a refund from them.Some guarantee for such a highly priced item!Save yourself a mountain of stress and inconvenience buy another brand

Purchased a pressure washer via the Karcher website, which later that week went on sale at a reduced price.Karcher customer services, after many attempts at contact, advised that they would not match their offered price or refund the difference. Subsequently the only option to get that discounted price would be to return the original product for a full refund and purchase a new unit, which really just inconveniences all parties involved. Minimal effort service, would suggest avoiding.

Purchased a Karcher K4 Power Washer. Very easy to assemble and operate. Does a great job on patio and on car with variable power settings on offer. The Karcher App also gives useful advice and tips to get the best out of the product. Great tool !

This is my 3rd window vac, they all work very well, comfortably cleaning my shower cubicle double only emptying the tank when finished. I only hope this one lasts longer than the previous one which broke the retaining clip on the vacuum head and then the battery charger gave up, it was 3 months out of warranty!

contacted customer service centre as regards spare parts for my machine K5 spoke to a lady called Dee she was very helpfull put me in the right direction sent me parts catalogue via email I could not have ask for more a very well informed lady thankyou for you help well done Dee a asset to Karcher customer sevice

Very poor experience from WhatsApp customer service. Reported a problem and asked for a fix. Was met with 101 ridiculous questions. Responded and then was told all operators were busy and that I should contact them again at a later stage. Poor service Karcher. Needs sorting.

What a joke of a company I purchased the k4 months ago on the second time of using it none of the nozzles would go into the gun I took the water off and electric to see if this was a pressure problem note demand a what I did not one nozzle would go into the gun unfolding the company I was told on the recorded call the array of this problem at this point I was Furious to why I was buying a product that was not fit for purpose and labour happily selling it I asked for koba from a manager surprise surprise Three Days Later still no goal I then sent an email which you can get quite easy online to the CEO surprise surprise not even acknowledgment of the email this company is discussed in they shouldnt be allowed to trade I have contacted standards and I hope they do take action against them you are one absolute foul company Dumb by the comment in to contact you when Ive contacted your CEO whos at the top and he cant even bother to respond

I bought a Karcher K2 power control, I have used it 5 or 6 times in the past few years, I noticed that it was leaking so I assumed that it was the hose connector, so I bought a new hose connector and still leaking. I researched online how to fix the leaks and found that this was a regular problem with karcher pressure washers. I opened up the case to find that the leak was coming from deep in the unit where the pump meets the motor, this of course makes it unfixable by myself. I bought this just before lockdown, I have hardly used my car since then so no real need to clean it. So I got three washes out of my unit before it developed the leak and 2 more uses out of it trying to fault find. I bought extra tools and attachments for it including a longer hose. So all told I paid a lot of money for just tree washes of my car. I would advise people not to buy a Karcher pressure washer as they are prone to leaks.

My Karcher HGE 1850 cordless hedge trimmer has died 15 months after purchase in February 2023 despite relatively light use I think Ive used it twice, and only for its intended purpose ie trimming hedges. When the battery is attached to the charger it lights up green but despite this there is no sign of life when the battery is attached to the trimmer itself. The products own handbook suggested this was an issue with the charger, so I duly bought another charger, but the same thing happens it lights up green as soon as the battery is attached. This suggests the problem is with the hedge trimmer itself rather than either the chargers or battery. Despite contacting Karcher Customer Services on 3rd May nearly two weeks ago I have to date had no meaningful response from them other than to confirm receipt of my email. I have proof of purchase from the BQ store where I bought the hedge trimmer. Thus far Im very dissatisfied with the whole experience, which is certainly not what I would have expected from a supposedly respected brand like Karcher.

WV2 Window Vac worked well for just over a year and then the motor began to squeal and eventually failed. I dismantled the Vac to find the motor covered in rust, presumably due to water ingress. The Vac has never been immersed in water and only used for its intended purpose. Faulty item or design fault? Not good.

Do not buy any products from this company.I bought the Window Vac WV 6 Plus at 79 hoping that it would remove condensation from my apartment windows. I followed all of the instructions in terms of charging the item and how to use it. It did not work. The water collected was tiny even after I had persevered for quite a while. I emailed the company to state my concerns and that I would be returning the product. So far, I have received emails telling me to send in a video my using it. Unfortunately, I had already packed up the item and shipped it back. Customer services have been useless. I await to see if I get a refund and if not I will be taking legal action against the company. Warning do not buy this product!

K4 machine very good with the adjustable pressures to suit your task. Quick and easy to operate Mine came with all the attachments for car and garden all work brilliantly. The only complaint I have is the hose!!! Its stiff in operation and doesnt swivel so it ends up tangling up, so you keep spending time doing loops with the lance to try and straighten it come on Karcher it wants improving

I bought my husband a Professional Jet Washer for Christmas. He already had a Karcher, about the third he has had over the years. He wondered why I had bought it at first as his was ok. I felt a bit disappointed at his reaction but let it go. However, when the weather got better and he decided to jet wash all our patios and paths, his broke down. Oh the fun of watching him assemble the new one. It is such a great machine and he loves ittypical man. Ten out of ten for such a good quality reliable machine .

I bought a K4 pressure washer that was damaged inside. It leaked when I used it. Karcher said they needed to find out why it leaked, asking me all these written questions, and then said I had broken it. It was broken as soon as I used it, I definitely didnt damage it, they were like full of excuses and basically they just didnt want to pay out, or replace it.

There we are waiting over two weeks for delivery of my Karcher and I get an email asking about my experience!!!!!!I could have had my Karcher washer next day delivery from Amazon!!! What was I thinking!!!Been expecting it all this week as promised but still no show!! And no messages without being prompted !!! Poor customer service or next to no existent!!! Potty it wont allow zero stars or minus!!!!

Very noisy. Alarms pets.Water tank fitting very crude. Easy to break a fingernail.While it does clean close to the sides, it also leaves a 1cm gap in the middle. Better design of rollers needed.Front cover liable to come loose when in use . Poor connection.All surfaces of body are curved so it must be parked up in a corner.Water recapture less than 25.Very disappointing.
