Bought a K4 pressure washer directly from Krcher. Shipping was first delayed and then lost by the Courier. It is very difficult to get a timely response from Krcher and when I did, they basically told me to sort it out with the Courier. Some of the washer parts were broken on arrival. It then took almost 4 weeks to receive the replacement parts and finally have a working pressure washer. 8 weeks from order. The product is good, the individual service agents are polite and helpful, but the overall process and experience is really terrible. Appalling Customer service for such a wellknown brand.

I PURCHASED MY KARCHER K4 IN MAY 23 I HAVE USED IT 6 TIMES EACH TIME THE MACHIN HAS CUT OUT AND STOPED WORKING AFTER 1015 MINITS I HAVE LOST COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM WAITING 20 MINITS AND NO RESPONSE AND CUTTING ME OFF .I HAVE TRIED ALL THE ON LINE HELP AND STILL NOT WORKING VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND THE NON EXISTENT AFTER SALES SERVICE IF YOU CAN ACTULY SPEEK TO ANY ONE I AM ON THE PHONE AGAIN 40MIN AND STILL WAITING FOR ANY ONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE KARCHER IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MARKET LEADERCLEARLY A REPUTATION FROM YEARS GONE BY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONE AGAIN

Window Vac rechargeable battrries are useless. Dont use it very often and this is the second one to pack up with very little use. 1st replaced under warranty with a refurbished one thst did not even work. Second more packed up.Why cant they have replaceable batteries?

So far absolutely useless. Ordered a new Pressure washer 26524, I had to contact Karcher as no contact from them 31524. I was told I would receive this week but now 6624 and no pressure washer or email at all.very disappointed!

Having an old Karcher power washer with trigger gun attached to the hose, I discovered that I needed 2 parts now and was eager to stop the buy and return carryon I was having with Amazon. So I telephoned customer services in Banbury and can only praise the service I got there. The services employee was more than patient with me and asked that I photograph the labelled info on the washer as well as parts of my washer to which the accessories would be fitted. Within 5 minutes he had ordered the relevant parts and they arrived within 5 days. Well done Banbury!

When is Karcher going to make a reliable industrial car washer? So fed up with poor reliability here in gold street. Cashier says they are forever waiting for parts your repair engineers do not have the impression of knowing what they are doing. The current state of things is a car wash that only uses water and no chemicals because that function is broken plus the 2x manual karcher jet washes are also not working. Pull your finger out karcher!

My measure of a company is how they react when things go awry, as they inevitably do at times. I ordered a number of items but unfortunately one of them was damaged during the delivery process, despite it being packed very carefully. Based upon my email and photo, I was issued a refund promptly, no quibble, no argument. I am a delighted customer. If only all online companies worked this way!

I recently purchased a karcher k3 pressure washer from cleanstore and straight out of the box it was screeching and pulsing in use. Anyway, it has to be said Cleanstore was really helpful and exchanged the faulty unit for a TOP QUALITY Nilfisk. Even the courier who collected the karcher said Oh no not another one so what does that tell you !!! I have to say the difference in quality between these two makes is night and day. The karcher k3 was so light you could lift the full machine with your little finger NO JOKE. All the hose wanted to do was curl itself up . And the pumps are plastic!. Karcher please take note plastic is brittle and cracksThis is not a full on roasting of karcher but simply an attempt to get them to improve build quality.Karcher should do the following to keep customers happy.1. Install metal pumps in ALL domestic machines therefore eliminating a major failure point.2. Change all the hoses for anti twist.3. Back up the guarantees. There are many reviews from disgruntled customers stating they have had warranty claims rejected by remarks such as wear and tear, excessive use, consumable items. If customers are not looked after they will not buy another karcher machine will they!4. And finally karcher needs to consider changing the colour scheme of the domestic line range. This is because customers now associate the yellow colour with unreliability.The first answer to the points above would probably be what about the cost well take it from me when you increase the quality as per above customers will pay the extra to get the quality they deserve. Placed an order on the Karcher website, received confirmation of order which stated 13 working days delivery.No information received so contacted customer services 3 working days after order placed, only to be told that the order has not yet been dispatched, and wouldnt even be dispatched today.Updated 31st May I was told by Karcher customer services that the order would be dispatched on 30th May, but still has not been dispatched!!

Our Krcher steam cleaner packed up within the initial 12 month warranty period. They wont accept returns though. After purchasing their expensive descaler and decalcification cartridge, which made no difference, they said they would collect it for investigation and offered to SELL me a transit box. Also, any loss in transit by their courier is at my own risk!!!! I have never experienced aftersales service as bad as this and will never buy anything from Krcher again.

They sold me a machine that was faulty, it just wouldnt turn on. When I contacted them to explain they sent me a checklist of things to check, nothing worked. I told them I would like to return the item but they said I was a day too late to do this. Instead it would need to be repaired. A week later they collected the machine and which was returned the week later. They realised the fault was with a faulty cable. When I went to use the machine I found that a crucial part was snapped and unusable. They have since arranged two collections and neither have turned up. My advice would be to avoid this brand altogether, or at least buy from a retailler who offer better customer service.

My Krcher K4 got default in the first week. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. A courier came to collect the broken one and dropped a new one just couple of days after my phone call. Amazing customer service!

Well where do I start first i waited for my k4 washer.then when it arrived I was like a little kid in a sweet shop but my excitement turned to horror when I was putting it together I found to be missing the 2 inserts to attach the wheels to the washer. So as you do you start looking for a number to report it. Then the number you call you will be on there for 20 mins but you can get a call back so me being me I went for the call back only to make things worse. I received a call back and the lady on the other end didnt understand what i was telling her so she put me through to an engineer who the proceed to tell me how to fit the wheels so I let him go on and then when he finished I said how do you fit them without the parts. They sent me an email wanting all and sundry pics of the box address label inside the box where did I buy it well its been 2 weeks and still no parts and still cant use the washer they was quick at taking my money but not quick about getting my parts to me never again will I buy from karcher again. I feel like going to there head office and telling them direct

On first try of my new K7 there was lots of water leaking from the internal parts this was 2 days after paying 270 for it, I thought maybe Im doing something wrong so next day I tried to use it to wash the car. I inserted the detergent bottle in the slot in the correct way I was meant to and switched on. Same thing happened with the water and the detergent did not go through the machine checked it all again and still not working properly. Emailed them and told them, very slow in response so I phoned for them to tell me that it was all my fault because I used a flexi hose it should have been a rigid one, I read the instruction over and over, checked all the online instructions and nothing to say dont use a flexi hose. Refused to replace and I am left out of pocket and with something that doesnt work. They still say its my fault despite the evidence. They didnt seem to care and I havent used it since. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY KERCHER POWER WASHERS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

We recently had a problem with our K3 pressure washer, and as there was no longer a Karcher shop near us, we had to travel to your Colne shop. We were looked after by Amy, and at a later date by Jess. Both these young ladies were knowledgeable and very pleasant, and we thank them very much. Geoff Whittam.
