Karcher, established name for pressure washers, easily fixed if it breaks, local agent is good. Most faults are customers wrong use, IE using a K2 to clean area the size of a football field. Would have been 5 if it wasnt for the long delivery time.

Brought the window vac. Great idea, but it worked once then refused to charge. I notice the charging cable sent with it was damaged. Karcher customer service is non existent. Waiting a week for a response of their Whattsapp chat, still waiting. The contact form on their website freezes when you press the send button and when you refresh the page has cleared so you have to type it all on again, so you cant actually get in touch with them.

Absolutely love our karcher, used last weekend to clean cars, a small.patio are has come up amazing and cleaned our windows and used the window vac which we also love. We tried a small area of the drive as yet to buy sand and the difference is amazing.Easy to put together Absolutely love it highly recommended

Arrogant guy on the phoneJust wanted confirmation of where my order isNo emails to tell me where my delivery wasNo trackingTook ages to get through to somebody that had no information and was quite rude. I just told me it tells you on the website. It can take five days.Very unprofessional service

Karcher cordless lawnmowerAppalling product and even worse customer service. We purchased our cordless lawnmower 2.4 years ago. The battery stopped charging after approx six months of use, and our product was deemed useless. We contacted CS who sent us a replacement battery, and we also received a free battery as a product promo. We have 3 batteries for our lawnmower, none of which charge, leaving this machine redundant. When contacting customer service they told us that we need to leave the battery charging in the charger all the time, whilst not in use, which is contradictory to the previous contact with your CS department, who told us not to store the batteries in a cold place during winter, which we were not doing anyway as per the instruction manual. We are left really disappointed with the CS team who have told us to purchase another battery. Absolutely not, our lawnmower will be going out with wheelie bins and we will revert to our corded Bosch lawnmower. Thank you Karcher for your appalling CS. Just looked through recent reviews of your product and a guy called Philip Sherwood had the same problem which you dismiss, due to his lawnmower being out of warranty. The batteries in our opinion are not fit for purpose. My husband uses De Walt, Ryobi, Makita and Milwaukee power tools with batteries which are still working years out of their warranty period. You need to stop ripping people off Karcher. Also you should be sending us a replacement battery as when we contacted you originally and you sent a replacement battery, it should still be within the two year warranty period.

Received first pressure washed damaged a week later I got a replacement also damaged, items dont even look new in box wont be getting a 3rd replacement, terrible company will never us again!!

My wife ordered me a k5 pressure washer for my Christmas present I opened it and the wheels were broken.My wife emailed and spoke to karcher and they said that they would send out a replacement that was on the 3125 I am still waiting for a replacement not happy at all !!!!!!!

I purchased a EWM 2 Plus Stone floor cleaner on the Karcher website on 24102024 for 149.99. I have only used it twice but when I finished using it for the second time I emptied it out and cleaned and put it back in its stand. Approx 3 hours later the machine just started up of its own accord and I could not turn it off. The on off switch does not work! I have complained to Karcher and I am awaiting their reply. My view is they have sold me un merchantable goods.Reading reviews on trust pilot I can see they do not get very good reviews , they seem to give everyone the same answer, we need to get more information and give out a phone no.Paul 13112024I had a phone call from Karcher, offering a replacementrepair to this machine. I have refused this and asked for a refund. They are picking it up today and as soon as it arrives back at their warehouse they say I should receive a refund within 710 days.The customer service does seem to be an improvement on the equipment. So far I am pleasantly surprised. Once I receive a rebate I will update again.

Ordered a hosepipe 12days ago from karcher being sent from China cant give a delivery date.i wish I had read the reviews before ordering in my opinion people should keep well away from them totally unacceptable no after sales help Tom

Bought K3 Car Home, out of stock for a month, when received, registered warranty and entered their Win with Karcher competition. Delivery note wasnt accepted so uploaded screenshot of email confirmation of warranty registration. Told I had won a 20 voucher which was to follow, then received a text saying I was entitled to nothing because I didnt enter the competition within 30 days of ordering. It wasnt my fault it was out of stock. Apparently I should have entered the competition anyway without having received the machine. Ridiculous rules, feel like Ive been conned, I know its only 20 but the principle is all wrong. First and last Karcher purchase Im afraid. Not surprised at awful reviews of this company.

After product failings and poor customer service I submitted a review on Karchers own website which they refused to post! I was not rude, just factual. So over to Trustpilot where I see a review from 2 days ago with exactly the same issues that customer also had a missing part and when seeking support customer services just do not help. Very poor experience, choose another.

Very misleading website that suggests accessories are included when they are not.Customer support was unhelpful when I pointed this out and wouldnt even offer free postage if I ordered the missing accessories.

Ordered k4 home and car. And was damaged so exchange and second was damaged also . I will not be buying again from this place. No compensation offered only 1 extra bottle of patio cleaner I did not get. But the offer on site was with two bottles that week so i could of cancelled and got that but they still try send the jet wash with only one of each. I company like this youd think they were better at quality control and packaging to make customers happier. Zero stars if I could

Update And their response just proves whey their customer service is so poor and explains why their TrustPilot score is so low, refusing to take responsibility for the failed courier, despite the fact they are a subcontractor of Karcher. The mop has also been returned from repair absolutely covered in black smudges and marks, presumably as a result of the engineer not cleaning the unit after completing the fix. Overall poor service Avoid.Poor quality and terrible customer service.EVM2 Mop faulty after 4 months, water not reaching the rollers. Requested support via online chat and Karcher arranged for machine to be collected and returned for repair. Great service initially.Waited in all day and the courier didnt arrive. No communication to state they would not show.Following morning, email from the courier to state they would collect today instead. Contacted Karcher to complaint about the inconvenience and they apologised but did not offer any other remediation. Just courier issues are outside of our control. Ultimately you subcontract the courier service so youre responsible to your customer. Making such an excuse isnt helpful.Chat agent asked if there was anything else they could do. I asked if there was a TrustPilot site for me to leave a review and the question was ignored and the chat ended. This is not appropriate customer service from a leading name such as Karcher.I wont be buying any other Karcher products.

I bought it to clean al sorts of things in the garden that would normally take ages .......garden fences and gates, stone wall, paths, fences, tables, ornaments, the car and a couple of bikes. It did a great job and didnt take long.
