My Karcher steam cleaner failed after only 2 months of use. Some connection within the handle grip came loose causing steam to be released through the handle causing burns to my hand.I explained this to Karcher, they had no concerns whatsoever and just offered to repair the machine which has taken 2 weeks.I may as well have purchased a cheaper non branded machine as they are half the price.I will not buy from Karcher again.

I regret to say my recent experience with Karcher has been far from satisfactory. Several issues have left me frustrated and questioning whether Ill do business with them againPoor Customer Service The customer service team was unhelpful and difficult to reach. Responses to WhatsApp messages and emails took up to 5 days, which is unacceptable in todays fastpaced world.Rude Staff When I finally managed to speak with someone, I found the staff to be rude and curt. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking.Slow Delivery The delivery of my items was unexpectedly slow, and there was no communication about delays. This lack of transparency is frustrating for customers who are eagerly awaiting their purchases.Costly Returns To add insult to injury, I discovered that customers have to pay for return shipping. This policy seems unfair, especially when dealing with potentially faulty products.Overall, my experience with Karcher has been disappointing. The combination of poor communication, slow service, and additional costs has left me reconsidering any future purchases from this company. I hope Karcher takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements to their customer service and policies.

I have tried 3 Karcher jet washers now and for the last one I bought a K4 and spent around 300 on it. It lasted 18 months before it broke and Karcher would not help with fixing it. I tried to fix it myself and then as soon as I fixed that part, another part then sprung a leak! The plastic in the control pressure chamber is rubbish. I tried my best to look after this one and I am hugely disappointed. They basically want you to buy a pressure washer per year because the build quality is so poor so that it breaks

What they dont tell you ! The real cost of buying a Karcher Floor cleaner !The battery is only expected to last for 2 to 3 years and will cost you 180 to replace. This is in an email from Karcher. So over 5 years you will have paid for your Floor cleaner twice.Total rip off. They should be forced to make this fact well known at the point of sale. I certainly wouldnt have bought my FC7 2 years ago .. if I had known that Immoral and a rip off.

Brilliant machine. Lightweight too. My neighbour bought a heavier machine and has to use a trolley to cart it around. Guaranteed for 6 years too. I bought it straight from Karcher. I had this machine before but eventually it gave up the ghost so I bought it again! As well as all the garden paths, I clean my car with it too. Amazing!!

EWM 2 Electric Wipe Mop bought Nov 2023 from day one performance was shocking and countless bad reviews support this. I also provided Karcher with a video supporting my issue you can clearly see in video that it fails to clean a very light mud stain which I then am seen to wipe away with my finger and it does not collect the water in the dirty water tank meaning the floor was soaking, despite claiming that it leaves floors dry. I asked for a refund on basis it was not fit for purpose and did not perform as advertised. They refused to refund stating it was past the 12 month statutory period for faulty goods, but the reason it was over 12 months is because they had ignored previous emails for months and only responded once I raised a complaint via another channel. They said they would collect the machine for a repair even though all parts were movingworking, but just not achieving the level of performance as expected advertised they returned it after only a few days and on testing but it still didnt pick up dirt or collect the dirty water. They have responded to this review below, acknowledging the issue and stating they hope to resolve, but no one has contacted me to resolve, so I now have to waste more time contacting my bank to file a section 75 chargeback. Horrendous customer service, I have a jet wash which is great but I would never buy anything from them again due to such a poor customer experience.

I bought a battery powered lawnmower one year ago. Ive had no problems with it until a couple of weeks ago. The battery is completely dead and will not charge. It has a two year warranty. I left feedback on their website and was told to email them, which I did 3 times but have had no response so far. Perhaps they are busy, in which case a simple acknowledgment of my email would be good, but Ive heard nothing. Thats not good customer service.

I told Kaercher that it was a good machine ruined by a rubbish stiff pressure hose, but now Im being asked by trust pilot.I told Kaercher I wouldnt buy another product from them while the supply unusable hoses, now theyve trust pilot to review it again presumably because they hope Ive forgotten how poor their pressure hoses arePlease dont ask again

My old K1 was better than the K4 i just received. I am not to know the product would be so bad, Called Karcher customer services who do not want to know, the detergent facility does not work. They want me to take a video. I aint got time for all that. The pressure is bad and they want me to check for a air lock. Dont buy Karcher, I wish I had done my homework. And definitely do not purchase directly from Karcher. I ve only used it once, Straight away i could tell it was rubbish. They say they only refund if unopened, how is one to know how bad or good it is until it is until it is used.

Great when working but due to manufacturing they all start leaking water. The whole unit should be made from aluminium and it would last much longer. Quality would have out sold all other unit on the market.

Good service and quality products. Had some parts missing however these were dealt with in a matter of days, hence not a full 45 star review on this occasion. Also, be good to have some extra hose fittings supplied within. I had to purchase an additional converterhose fitting from local hardware store to make my existing hose which is of standard fitting compatible with the karcher connection.

My k2.89 died at the age of 24 years after faithful service. Toolstation had 50 off for this model. Easy to assemble though the instructions are poor. Handle is not height adjustable. No place to store the lancer. Only one spray can be stored not both.. what a mistake . No digital handle but did not matter for me.It works well. So far.

Disgusting service , bought from Argos in June 23 , because of circumstances used twice . Water pouring out the bottom , first agent the call was dropped , he has wanted to send me an email showing mehow to fix the issue . I think not , Imnot a mechanic . Called back and the agent Nina wouldnot allow me to speak , continually interrupted , and was to have a manager call me back . 5 days later still waiting . The service from a company of this stature is very very poor and i will not ever buy any of their products again .

Have just bought a K5 classic on Saturday as a second unit. First unit is about 15 years old and still solid. New one lasted about an hour before the gun started to pour water from around the trigger when pressed. Brand trust now totally gone. So shocked at the drop in build quality, I think it will be a refund rather than a replacement.
