Let down by Karcher website

Ordered a pro cleaner and cleaning fluid, delivery was quick but no cleaner just the fluid WHY ?, called them around 6th Jan to ask about the unit, it was on its way from Germany and would take a week to get into country.1. Why accept purchase on website, theres a thing called out of stock works wonders then you dont get disgruntled customers 2. Why wasnt I informed about this issue3. Why send out fluid I could not use without machineApprox 10 days later I called again to find out whats happening as I was promised to get it at start of week.Was told I would get a call back after checking warehouse. I was told and emailed that I would get it Friday only to receive it Thursday by delivery firm.The delivery firm was excellent thats the 2 stars, as for Karcher, well make your own mind up from this but 1 star is what Id say

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KARCHER!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARCHER!!!!!!!I would award them MINUS 100 if I could.Bought a K2 power washer 10 days ago. The flimsy plastic yellow clip securing the power hose to the spray gun broke immediately.I wanted to email them requesting a new part! I was unable to contact this lot by normal methods, only an idiotic WHATSAPP service that has nobody at the other end. I submitted an image of the broken part, receipt, guarantee and product info as shown on the machine! What more could they possible need?This is the drivel they sent me, it seems they use disappearing messages too as some can no longer be opened on my PCThank you for your message. You are in the queue to speak to an agent who will aim to respond to you within 1 business day. IMO their guarantee is worthless as is the product!

This is an update on a 4 star review I gave a few weeks back. Had a few small issues with the K5 I ordered. Karcher were quick to respond and understand my complaints and offer a token gesture of good will. I am now happy to give them a 5 star rating and looking forward to a long service life from my K5.Thank you to the Karcher customer care team!

Bought a K4 April 24 used one time only on patio went to clean drive way March 25 water pouring out,sent back under warranty returned checked bits missing x 2 so going out to buy bits so check if they repaired it 279 paid should have bought a cheaper one at 96.

Karcher T7 plus racer patio cleaning head

I have a T7 plus racer patio cleaning head that has broken after a few light uses. Its only used annually so out of warranty. It cost about 100. There is a very flimsy plastic disc should spin but is now broken. Karcher have advised they dont do replacement parts for accessories so the 100 accessory is now useless. Dont expect any help from Karcher customer service. Avoid this product

Why do KARCHER make it so hard to register one of their products.Vertically impossible...I Filled IN Guarantee ON LINE AND WHEN Finished I GOT AN EMAIL SAYIN THAT MY Power washer IS COVERED FOR FIVE YEARS.IT WAS A KARCHER WINDOW VAC THAT I HAD BOUGHT.

I bought a karcher battery lawn mower

I bought a karcher battery lawn mower model LMO 1836 a couple of years ago from my local BQ which l thought would be ideal for my tiny lawn. Not overly impressed with the mower but did its job.Alas the battery set stopped charging and had to be replaced under warranty. Fine and dealt with by Karcher customer services but still a disappointing problem for a supposed quality product in such a short period of time requiring considerable effort on my part to resolve. However the new battery, after a couple of charge ups this year has also packed up in a relatively short and unacceptable period of time. Customer services are indifferent to the problem and rather dismissive, blaming the customer and refusing to acknowledge that the battery part of the lawnmower is not fit for purpose.I will be taking this up with the retailer so that they are fully aware that they are selling poor performance products.

Purchased, expecting Karcher quality, Received Wish.com product

Its been a long time since I bought a Karcher Pressure washer. They were such a quality product that my previous one lasted decades and it led me to buy another. Unfortunately, they have gone down the route of using their established brand name which stood for quality, to now sell cheaply made Chinese junk for a premium price. A friend of mine has one from Lidl and its way better and quarter of the price.Everything is flimsy, the connectors feel very fragile, the app is nothing but a gimmick and the power control gauge thing serves absolutely no purpose what so ever. Also, no nonKarcher attachments fit on it so now i have to buy a Karcher snow foam gun which i dont want because I already have a very good one and i dont particularly want to pay a premium to replace it with a poor quality one.I very nearly put it straight back in the box and sent it back but i needed it that day. I have used it. Its just OK in its function. Pretty lack luster and I doubt it will last very long.

Very slow order processing

Made an order over the bank holiday weekend and over four days later nothing had been processed or actioned . Cancelled the order. Disappointed with the speed. Expected more. Update Telephoned customer services on morning of Friday 31st May and told order hadnt been processed and consequently asked for order to be cancelled and refund which was agreed. Then received email Friday evening to be told order was being delivered shortly. Left hand right hand disorganised. What the heck is going on?

Shocking experience

I ordered the OC3 on 2nd December 2024, and it was delivered on 7th December. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the device was not new but appeared used. It contained water, the filters were dirty, and the trigger gun had visible scratches.To my further disappointment, I discovered I would need to pay for return shipping, even though I received a defective and clearly used product instead of the new item I paid for. This experience has been extremely frustrating, as I had high expectations for the quality of both the product and the service.

Customer services is an absolute joke

Customer services is an absolute joke. My karcher k4 that I bought in may has packed in and I spent 20 minutes on the phone to an African gentleman who you would have thought was paying for the repair out of his own pocket. He then proceeded after the 20 minutes worth of questions to give me the wrong order number and booked collection in for the wrong address. Ive since called back and made them aware that I cannot get hold of a cardboard box big enough to fit the machine in and was rest assured I would receive a callback with a solution and havent heard anything a week down the line. No apology from the woman either for the previous mishaps. I would like to add that since my initial review karcher have decided to send me out a cardboard box free of charge and will rebook in my collection once it arrives.

Avoid at all costs-damaged windows

I bought the latest version of the Window Vax WV6 plus as there was a very good offer online. It took a long time to arrive but it has eventually arrived. The quality was not what I have expected when I opened the box, it felt like a cheap Asian product, if I would have viewed it first I would have never paid over 100 for it. I have used it to wash the windows and it was not only impractical but it has damaged all my windows!!!! The windows in the house and in the car were all scrathed!!!!! I have contacted customer service as I wanted initially to return it and they advised that if the product is not faulty then I cant return it. The next day I have noticed all the scratches on my windows and I was extremely disappointed. Now I dont only want a refund but also a compensation for all my windows!!!! I will report this to Trading Standards, I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing this awful product. I have written a review on their website only to find out that apparently it doesnt meet the guidelines so it wasnt posted. Trading Standards should be notified of these practices.

Faulty K3 Washer with extremely poor support

I bought a Karcher K3 Washer and exactly 1 year later it failed to work. I arranged through karcher to have the product sent to a service agent and it was subsequently collected and returned approx 7 days later 09 April 2025. When it was returned the external suction hose was missing and Ive just been informed it now needs to go back into Karcher to be correct a second time. Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail and im left wondering what the repair agent will damage or forget to sort this time around. Customer services themselves, although very polite and professional, have been little help and fail to understand the financial impact of having to take time off work to wait in all day for the collection company to collect the washer. It would be cheaper to buy a new one at this rate!

Rought start, ended up as one of the best customer experience

Had a rough time with them as I sent multiple emails and have never heard back from them, HOWEVER after almost 2 weeks of waiting we took the courage to call them. Lee and Alex has delivered one of the best customer service experience we ever dealt with.
