DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARCHER!!!!!!!I would award them MINUS 100 if I could.Bought a K2 power washer 10 days ago. The flimsy plastic yellow clip securing the power hose to the spray gun broke immediately.I wanted to email them requesting a new part! I was unable to contact this lot by normal methods, only an idiotic WHATSAPP service that has nobody at the other end. I submitted an image of the broken part, receipt, guarantee and product info as shown on the machine! What more could they possible need?This is the drivel they sent me, it seems they use disappearing messages too as some can no longer be opened on my PCThank you for your message. Thanks, Karcher UK.Clearly they have NOT read my review as the fault is already detailed, doumentary evidence was submitted on my first Whatsapp message to Karcher!This suggests a number of things possibly ALL of them apply1 They do NOT read anything that is sent to them the entire process seems to be a botridden disaster!2 Their product is so fault ridden they cant keep on top of complaints.3 They have nobody in Customer Service.4They do not CARE about customer complaints!As for verifying my complaint surely Trust Pilot could add a form to allow additional info in this case info that has ALREADY been submitted!If the product was fit for purpose and their services was any way half decent there would be NO complaint! I submitted an image of the broken part, receipt, guarantee and product info as shown on the machine! What more could they possibly need?The additional info form on another email asks for a reference number there isnt one. I included the machine info surely someone will recognise that and search their database of REGISTERED products and get back to me!UPDATE 21032025Well its now EIGHT DAYS since I contacted this lot and I am STILL getting text messages to say all their people are busy and to try again later!!!!!!!!!! LIARS!!!!!!!!!!Thankfully it was not a serious fault that disabled the machine, otherwise Id have a pile of junk on my hands...oh wait, I have!I DID receive an email from someone requesting ALL the info I sent on my initial Whatsapp so it seems if you wants ANY response then a harsh Trust Pilot review is the way to do.I cannot believe that after EIGHT DAYS I am still getting these idiotic messages, clearly this company has NO INTEREST in its customers.What really angers me is that I could have bought a SIMILAR spec machine made by MAC for 50 out of BQ etc!NEVER buy Karcher, they do NOT care if you have any issues. An abysmal customer service if they had a service that is!If they cared in any way, Karcher should take the entire machine back and refund ALL my money they have ALL the info including purchase receipt! How about it Karcher redeem yourself!!!GIVE ME BACK ALL MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR MACHINE AWAY!Well its now been a MONTH and I have just received ONE replcement clip now the TWO that I requested given the part is cheap plastic!I was emailed by Karcher on 4th April telling me the part was out of stock till the 14th April! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!What is WRONG with this company???Anyway, the part arrived today 16th April what a carry on.As I said, NEVER buy this product, their customer service is always too busy i.e they have no customer service.Now wondering how long the machine will last before it has to be scrapped. IMO their guarantee is worthless as is the product!
