The head doesnt stay on the Karcher window vac WV6 Plus machine not happy it fell on my sons foot and he was bleeding from his toe. 20042023 update Karcher were supposed to exchange vac on 1904 but DPD did not show up!

The worst customer service ever!! WhatsApp says itll respond in 1 day, Ive never received any message. Ive emailed, barely heard from anyone, finally someone said theyd send a replacement on email for my faulty item and I still havent received it. Its been 2 months since I first messaged. Crappy products clearly that break, but even if they were good I wouldnt want to buy as the service is soooooo awful if anything does go wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Update 240225 Despite stating they would look into this it was unfortunately only a blatant fob off and an attempt to improve their image on this website.Having stored, used and charged the battery as instructed it has failed in just over two years. Their own website states in the FAQs section there is no risk of deep discharge, even over a period of years. My battery failed after a month, when being charged correctly to over the suggested 70 level and then removed from the charger.A look on Trustpilot and their own website clearly shows a very high battery failure rate, so obviously a QC issue in design andor manufacture. I will be pursuing a claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. END OF UPDATEDont buy their 18v battery equipment. Batteries fail just outside warranty. They dont care and just tell you to buy another. But you are locked into this company because of the tools you have bought. I would never use Karcher again and would advise others to do the same.

Cheap made rubbish. Karcher Jetwash K2. I have had to exchang the gun twice in 5 months due to not pairingwith tools. I wash my car every two weeks. Very poor product ?? although the no quibble replacement is good ?? and has been exercised twice now..s

Bought a K7 compact pressure washer which has developed a leak at the base after less than 1 year of use.Called customer service to be told that1. They dont collect2. They dont accept the item being sent due to possible damage by the courier3. The only option is to drop the unit off at their repair centre in Middlesex with a proof of purchaseI have never heard of such a barrier to returning an item under warranty I am sure it keeps their costs down. I will NEVER use them again.I notice that they get a load of 1 star reviews.....

So having posted 5 days ago following 3 emails of complaint due to product failure ....Karcher saw the negative post and I received 2 responses!! Hooray!! Ah No one told me they would repair for 100 and the other asked me to repeat the detailed information already sent. So.....I did that 3 days ago and guess what NO RESPONSE AT ALL utter incompetence and lack of any customer orientation!

I thought id post an update on my purchase of my k5.. Its been two weeks since my order 0085929039 and i have had two conversations with the customer help line. First conversation after five days, promised to have my delivery by MondayTuesday of the following week.. Guess what no delivery..Second phone call on Wed said there was no record of my first phone call and it should have been logged and case raised and email sent to Warehouse. .I was told i should get a notification by Friday from the Warehouse. Guess what ...nothing..Unbelievably poor service from KARCHER all i am hearing is their Warehouse is busy and are working hard to dispatch orders. Yet the website says 25 days delivery..Is everyone at KARCHER oblivious to the problems of dispatch..Just read all the reviews its not rocket science..

Have been asked for a review on the karcher k5 I ordered 12 days ago, it would have been nice to report everything was great however I still havent received the order, in fact it hasnt been dispatched yet. It would also have been nice to be kept updated on any stock issues but I only found out there was a delay by contacting them myself after a week of nothing. I wouldnt recommend karcher the company to purchase your pressure washer from. As for the K5 I will wait and see if it arrives and how it performs but suggest you look to another retailer to buy the product.

We purchased a K4 power control which seems like an excellent machine but I cant work out how part A 11 works? Theres nothing on your website and nothing in the instructions that I was able to access, nor on the app. The part consists of two brushes, one fixed brush and one spinning brush, but the spinning brush is loose. I cant work out how you possibly fix it into place. Please send some instructions?Thanks.

Karcher K4 is a terrible product. Paid 200 for it new. Its broke internally within 3 weeks, its started leaking and the motor just working overtime with no little to no pressure. Absolutely gutted Ive took the back off and seen its the bit on top of the metal bit. Going to take ages to fix and I dont even know what to do. Anyone help ?

Paid 127 for a Karcher pressure washer, which has been very disappointing. Only used it half a dozen times, and now the hose has split. Went to get a new hose and have been charged almost 60!I will NEVER use this company again and I fail to see why they had such a good name as their products are very expensive rubbish! Id like to know what Karcher think about this appalling product and how long they actually expect their products to work.And their answer below is hardly any help! Thats what they think of their customers nothing!

I made the mistake of ordering a K4 direct from Karcher and their website stated Delivery in 13 Working daysOn the 2nd working day I emailed them to check whether it had been dispatched but they didnt reply.On the 3rd working day I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask the same thing and when they eventually replied I was told the order hadnt even been processed by their warehouse and they refused to say when if ever it would be processed and sent. I then told them if they couldnt guarantee it would be sent that day to cancel the order only for them to tell me it could take them 10 days to process the refund!Ive now opened a case with PayPal because Karchers customer service is as much use as a chocolate teapot!DONT BUY DIRECT FROM KARCHER BUY ELSEWHERE!

I recently bought a Karcher K3 which I am very pleased with. However, there was a problem with the Patio Cleaner. I emailed Karcher about the problem and they have just emailed me to say that they are sending me a replacement part.Many thanks to them. Their service was excellent.

Good, quick delivery of the strimmer. Easy to use and works well.I believe that the shaft could be easier to assemble and stay together.I would also have liked a tilting head as with my previous machine.

Non existent customer service. Contacted them 3 days ago with a basic enquiry through their WhatsApp chat service. First response after 24 hours, but not to provide and answer, but to ask back, because couldnt bother reading my original enquiry. Update on 240325 Karcher responded to my Trustpilot review, but still no response to my enquiry what I sent over 5 days ago through WhatsApp and email as well. Shocking!

This company does not seem to be customer friendly. I have a problem with a product and sent them a query via their website but despite their reply saying I would hear back in 34 days or similar, they have still not replied a month later. Having given up after two weeks I sent a query to them again only to receive an email asking me to send my query to a different site, or send my product to a centre in Horsham which would cost me 30 for an examination. I emailed a different site as advised, as suggested by them, using the email address they sent me but the email was returned unanswered. After three attempts I have given up, and describe below the question I was trying to get an answer to.I have purchased several Karcher products over the years and always been impressed with their quality and durability which led me to purchase the NT 201 vacuum cleaner.However the latter has proved disappointing since I first purchased it from Screwfix in November 2023. It has never had as much suction as the vacuum cleaner it replaced, and now has stopped working. This was preceded by a strong smell of burning and issuing acrid smelling smoke. After being left to cool I cautiously tried again but it shut down almost as soon as I switched it on.Although it is out of guarantee, it has provided nothing like the lifespan that I was expecting from a Karcher product and I wondered whether it is worth trying to get it repaired, or should I ditch it and purchase a different model?Gordon Wilcock442025 I responded to Karchers suggestion that I contacted their professional products department and sent an email on 1732025, i.e. getting on for 3 weeks ago but have still not had any response. This confirms my opinion that Karcher are only interested in taking your money and not in the reliability of their products, nor customer support. I would advise potential customers to shop elsewhere as I am still waiting for an answer to my question about the failure of my cleaner many weeks after the initial enquiry and many emailscontact attempts with Karcher. Ordered a pro cleaner and cleaning fluid, delivery was quick but no cleaner just the fluid WHY ?, called them around 6th Jan to ask about the unit, it was on its way from Germany and would take a week to get into country.1. Why accept purchase on website, theres a thing called out of stock works wonders then you dont get disgruntled customers 2. Why wasnt I informed about this issue3. Why send out fluid I could not use without machineApprox 10 days later I called again to find out whats happening as I was promised to get it at start of week.Was told I would get a call back after checking warehouse. I was told and emailed that I would get it Friday only to receive it Thursday by delivery firm.The delivery firm was excellent thats the 2 stars, as for Karcher, well make your own mind up from this but 1 star is what Id say
