Purchased a second K4 as my last one was just out of two year warranty before it packed up. Against friends recommendations I decided to purchase another to give it a go, direct from the website for the extra warranty. Unfortunately the handle was damaged on arrival and makes the unit incredibly difficult to use. After reading the reviews on here I wont hold my breath on expecting a reply from their customer service..
